Ordered double ham and she just threw it on the bun, asked for toasted maybe 4 seconds in the toaster oven,who ever is owner or... manager should rethink who they have working for them. Very disappointed in the Kiel Subway Read more

Ramon is one of the coolest customer service workers I've ever met. He was able to remember 1st time customers order like was... was months of us coming. I perpersonally think that Ramon deserves a huge pay raise. Keep up the great work. Read more

I dont know who manages it now but they shouldn't ever manage a store ever. Every Sunday, nothing is prepped and by 5pm they're... out of staple items like marinara, cold cuts, bread, etc. I can understand the bread, but as a store that's open 7 days week,that's not acceptable. Also witnessed employee touch the phone with his gloved hands, then continued making someone's subwithout changing gloves. He did the same thing with the oven mitts. Not okay. Your store needs a big uplift. On a plus side thered headed girl working tonight is your strongest employee this evening. She needs a raise dealing with mouth breather Patrickwho doesn't understand food safety. Read more

Three strikes and you're out I guess. My family has utilized the online ordering service multiple times when we're in a pinch.... In two prior instances, most of our order was right, but they never read the "instructions" so some minor things were wrong.This time, the whole order was basically wrong - we ordered 2 subs, 1 pizza, 2 bags of chips and six cookies. Only one of thesubs was correct - everything else was wrong. Sauces were not removed that we requested be removed, we got two bags of chips butthey were the WRONG flavor and we got ZERO cookies - were told they had none and weren't refunded. We've had it and will nolonger order from here. If local businesses want their towns to support them, they need to provide a level of service andstandards of performance that warrant it. Very dissapointed. The app was not working, so I went to the store, the clerk rang up my order and wouldn't give me the two... footings for $10 because I didn't use the app. I had cash. I was 67 cents short, and they wouldn't give me the two subs that Iordered. Horrible customer service. Kept telling me "there's nothing I can do" Read more

Bathrooms were disgusting. Toaster wasn't functional. Most of the fountain drinks were out. Customers talking poorly about... customers and one was talking about an ex. It was all bad service wise. Food subpar. Last time I'll stop at that subway. Hope itimproves. Small towns need well run businesses. Read more
