One worker for each group rule made this attempt at having a family treat take a ridiculously long time. I get that a big group... is hard to handle, but this clearly management-imposed policy has made us unlikely to ever return to this business. Hope achange is made! Read more
Ice cream is great. Service is not. We entered with a group of 11. Rather than be happy about the business they were upset and... insisted that only one of the three workers could help us so the others could help anyone who came in behind us. As a resultthose in our group who ordered first were done and ready to leave before some of us had even given our orders. Read more
I've been to many Cold Stone's and this was the worst. They mixed my ice cream and then threw part of it away instead of putting... in the bowl. Definitely not worth 10 dollars. Pretty much gone by the time I paid and walked out. Normally I can't finish asmall and the medium barely had anything. Just disappointing. Read more
Im a coldstone lover and since i moved to hawaii i was looking for a coldstone store i was surprised that there was one in... lahaina and closed so i drived to this one and i didn't lost my trip. luckily our ice creams were tasty and the young girl that served us was pleasant, but when we finished eating I noticed the... young girls mom who had picked her up had come and parked beside our car from 5 spots over and as we approached she insisted wehit her car and was pointing to a dent that was invisible to us, I knew this was a scam since when we exited the car we werebeside a green toyota pickup and when we came back her white car was parked there instead and we had not gone back to the carsince exiting and getting our ice cream - just a heads up to look for any similar scams perhaps Read more
