This is such a delicious fresh place to eat! Good prices too. We paid about $11 for a full sized meal. We had the endless summer... bowl and the lemon chicken sandwich and both were great! I?m sad to give F&S 4 stars, but unfortunately like many spots in Maui (especially those that succeed and open additional... locations) it has gone downhill. Being a healthy eater that lived in Maui for almost 10 years I can say this was one of my alltime favorite spots. It is probably still the best place to get a fresh salad (with lots of local ingredient options) at areasonable price, but service and ingredient quality are not what they once were. If you want to eat a bit healthier, this is a great place - the servings are a bit small, but the selection is nice and tastes... great. I like the Lemon & Thyme Chicken, which comes on a bun with super pesto, and a side salad that I like too. The outdoorseating is quite nice and enjoyable too. Read more

Came here because it was recommended by a friend. I got a steak sandwich to-go. It had its pros and cons. The cons were that the... steak was tough and the bread was pretty tough to chew. It didn't taste like fresh bread or freshly sliced meat. The Pros werethat the flavors were pretty good. They have a pesto sauce on it sandwich that was amazing. Today I made the mistake of going to Fork & Salad again. We never eat here since my boyfriend got food poisoning there last... year. I called the store when I got home to make them aware of these baby caterpillars in my salad (I saw 5 before I decided totoss the salad). She hung up on me 3 times throughout our conversation. I let her know I was disconnected somehow when I calledback and she said she had another order. Wow. Once she thought to refund my order, she decided it was time to hang up again.Never once did I get an apology. Very poor customer service. Employees need training on rinsing vegetables as this is a commonproblem with using farm fresh produce, especially leafy greens. Employees should also be trained how to properly andprofessionally handle a situation like this. Read more
We went there on September 15, 2022. We loved it and will definitely come back. They have very interesting combinations of salad... and bowls and sandwiches. We had the Maui Goddess Salad and the Buddha Bowl. It was fresh and tasted wonderful. We willdefinitely come back to try the other combinations.
