I will never understand how a place can be so consistently inconsistent. You will get your meal but no straw, your chicken... sandwich but no fries, egg rolls but no sauce. I have never, since this place opened years ago, gotten 100% of what I ordered. Read more
Call this location before you visit or place an order on their app at night. This Jack in the Box closes at night without... notice or warning even though they state they're open 24/7. They're the only "open" restaurant in Kihei after midnight, so it'smind blowing that management would be willing to turn away customers/ keep the store adequately staffed during thesehours. Food is decent/good when they are open. Check your order to make sure it's all there(particularly for large orders);they often forget to include items. Ask for sauce. Read more
The teriyaki bowl, crunchy tacos, and homestyle chicken club were all on point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality,... considering it was a fast food spot. It was our first time here, and it was well worth the time and price. The service wasfast and friendly too. Read more
Pricey as everything else in Hawaii, so just don't go thinking it will be cheap because it is fast food. The macadamia nut shake... was actually pretty good. I wouldn't order it, because I am not a big fast food person, but I would steal lots of drinks out ofmy husband's cup. :) Read more
This location is currently has their dining room only open for take out. We went in to order and got chicken tender meals to... which we were not asked what size we wanted but charged for a large as they said there was no other sizes. This was a lie asafter we paid, we saw all sizes of cups and French fry carriers. We also were not asked about sauce and just given ranch as thelady in the front did not care at all. She was not friendly and does not enjoy or try to fake enjoy her job. Read more
Worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes while watching the employee... hand out orders and put food in bags and not one time did she acknowledge us, even as the line behind us got longer. She handledfood then finally took our order, overcharged us, then took our money before returning to handle more food. Sanitary? When wefinally got our very simple 2 tacos and water, we noticed another couple who were seated and waiting for their food, which theyhad ordered before we even came in. The place was dirty, they were busy, so we couldn't ask them to unlock the restroom, whichthey keep locked. The tacos were delicious and inexpensive. I guess it's not fine dining and brain cells let alone common senseis not a job requirement. Read more
The last 3 out of 4 times I have been there and my order has been wrong or messed up ranging from incomplete order to a burger... with no patty. Last time I got home before realizing they had shorted my order again. Told me I could come in for a refundanytime, when I did it was not honored. After doing a review with thier corporate site I was told they would reach out toresolve the situation. They never did. I expect the food to be subpar, it is fast food and Jack in the box, but do expect themto get the orders right. Horrible food, horrible service, will never spend money there again. I would highly recommend thatnobody waste thier money there. Read more
