Our experience was amazing! My husband planned a private dinner for our 19th year wedding anniversary. We brought our two boys... to celebrate with us. The dinner experience was well thought out! The food and service were excellent, and the staff was verywelcoming and attentive. They were super accommodating to the little ones as well, which was sweet. Delicious food. Friendlystaff. Highly recommend! Will definitely do this again. Mahalo! Read more

Got the pleasure of going to Sunday brunch and let me tell you this place certainly did NOT disappoint. They offered food from 5... different cultures, and each and every one was on point. I apologize for not remembering the 5 different ones. My only complaintwould have to be that no alcohol is included in your purchase, however juice, coffee, tea, milk, soda, all the other drinks areincluded in the price. Highly recommend this place to whomever might be on the fence. Was worth the price for sure. Read more

The dining experience was exquisite. We tried several of the appetizers. The pork belly bao buns had a unique design, but... exceptional flavor. There was a slight crisp to the pork belly that complemented the soft bao bun perfectly. The bacon jamand picked vegetables elevated it so that every bite was incredibly flavorful. The oishi sushi was also very good. It was asgood of a tempura covered sushi roll as I have gotten anywhere. The lavender honey crispy shrimp were also very flavorful. Thesauce was quite tasty and the shrimp had an excellent crunch to them. I had the Korean braised short ribs. They were verytender with just the right amount of fat content. I added a tempura lobster tail with dipping sauces on the side, the pineapplesweet chile sauce was my favorite. We had malasadas filled with coconut ice cream for dessert, which were some of the bestmalasadas we had on the island. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Maui. Read more

We had an incredible experience here on our last night on the island. We were able to get a table outside for two with premium... sunset viewing without a reservation (around 5:15pm). Leanne (our server) was busy, but very attentive and a good photographerfor our sunset couple shot. The Ahi on a rock was great and a fun experience to sear your own fish. The flat iron Kobe beef wasvery flavorful and a great choice. The seafood Lau Lau was excellent! And the Molokai sweet potato mash was an awesomeaddition. The lemongrass coconut broth was great! We did receive the incorrect dessert, but it was our number two choice so itwas not an unpleasant surprise. It was lillikoi cheesecake and delicious. The mocktails we're also great. Thanks for a greatexperience. We highly recommend Read more

The food was fantastic and Brandon our server was outstanding, welcoming and knowledgeable. He rates a 5!!!!! The ambience was... romantic and beautiful and rates a 5!!!! The 3 rating is because we were snub when we initially arrived. The place wasbasically empty with the exception of the bar;which was filled w/ 20 or so patrons due to the super bowl. (We'd just gotten offof an 11 hr airplane trip ,jetlagged and hungry...not mention excited to be in Maui) We were patrons of the hotel and wereturned away for locals who were not present but said to have a reservation. They told us they were booked and we'd need to useOpenTable to try and book for another day and if we were lucky we might get a spot. We'd just arrived in Hawaii as guest ofthe FAIRMONT and this was our initial dining experience. We addressed this with our concierge Ron at the Fairmont and he calledand got us a table. When we arrived back an hour or so later there were only 10 others dining....we were there for 90 minsand during that time the place never filled up.. Booked...I THINK NOT!!!! We understand that reservations were required but theissue was we could see that they in fact weren't booked. My suggestion would be to allow Resort guests to book reservationswith booking their stay, this would cut down on frustration and disappointment . Read more

Wow so good! The zurzuela portion was huge and so savory and delicious. The pork chop was also very flavorful. We were both... really hungry, but getting the macadamia shrimp appetizer was a bit over the top, especially considering the yummy taro sweetbread and cracker bread service. Any visitors must get the pineapple crème brûlée. Amazing presentation and taste. Our hostwas so welcoming and Corrine was a stellar and attentive server. Highly recommended! Read more
