Decent pizza but please, when you pick up the phone and ask if it?s OK to put me on hold, please wait for a response. I waited... 20 minutes, hung up and called back and you put me on hold before I could even tell you that I was on hold for 20 minutes. It?sjust rude. I've worked at round table even built several of them decades ago, I know what round table should be, this place as well as app... is the worst I have ever experienced. They give away your paid pizza to other customers, and do nothing about it except give arefund, how about have somebody deliver a new one with no delivery charge instead I drove home empty handed. Orders that I havegotten have been completely wrong, I've had to give my credit card number over the phone at least 5 times in a row because thegirl taking the order couldn't even type in numbers correctly. Customer service here is the worst I've seen anywhere, they neverfix any problems. Their credit card machines are constantly down so cash only. Round Table app is completely broken andadvertises rewards that you can not use with the store or online. Being a long time Round Table lover, I avoid this place likethe plague in my mind this round table doesn't even exist and I just eat at a round table in kaanapali or over on oahu. Best pizza on Maui. Period. Friendly staff and excellent pizza chefs. The flavor, the crust, the toppings, and the cheese... perfectly crafted together. The freshest toppings you can get. Wife and I are from out of state, but ever since we stumbled across this pizza place a few years back, we make it a MUST stop... place to eat at once or twice every trip out - heading there tonight even. Great pizza spot. I ordered delivery with friends on a random night. I'm from Chicago so i'm picky on pizza. This pizza was... pretty tasty. Cheesy crust, great sauce to crust ratio, and full of toppings. We also got various flavors of wings. I would havepreferred the wings be a bit crispier. However, the flavor was still good. Really good! After a long day at the beach no one felt like cooking so we decided to order a pizza, we tried the maui zaui and... bbq chicken, garlic sticks, and some boneless wings and everything was really good! Our place isn't easy to find and thedelivery guy had no problems so bonus points for that! Read more
Round Table in Kihei is the only place we get pizza from. Staff is friendly and our pizza is always done within 20 minutes or... less. That is for pickup. Delivery is a little longer but not much. Pizza is always delicious and fresh. Read more
