Cute spot with lots of fun merch and products. Sadly we were disappointed with both our drinks (iced chai and a hot latte). If... you like extra spicy chai with not a ton of other flavor it might be your jam though! Latte was super milky with barely anycoffee flavor. The person who took our order was super nice. Everyone else was fine. For the cost (almost 17 for two drinks) Iwasn't stoked. Barely could get the chai down but wasn't about to waste the 8.50 it cost (subbed a milk). The center it is in iscute too but I personally would hit the cafe in the market across the way if we are back in that area or go to Kai coffee justacross the street. But you may dig on it, just didn't work for us. Read more
Beautiful shop, great service, damn good drinks and food. If your into coffee or a barista yourself, this is the best spot on... the island. One of the prettiest Marzoccos I?ve seen in a long time and their ceramic and flatware is killer. Leave yourhotel/house/van/wherever and make the trip over to Trilogy. Read more

It looks like a fun place and the tables outside are great. The chai was just okay and the macadamia cookie was burned so that... was disappointing. I don?t think I?d get chai or cookies there again but I have heard the other snacks are amazing. So maybeworth trying? Read more
Terrific little coffee shop that serves wonderful coffee and makes an incredible avocado toast. The area just outside the shop... is a scenic spot to enjoy a cup of joe, offering several tables and chairs with a view of the mountains. Ample parking isavailable. Read more
Best coffee I had in the island and in a while. I tried their Saffron Latte and I immediately fell in love with it, the cafe,... and the girls working there. If you have a palate for Saffron, this is drink to try cold or hot. Make sure you try both! Theirregular roast was phenomenal. Found this great coffee bar on our day trip. It was a nice stop and everyone was able to get some refreshments. They also had... some great artisan chocolates from Austin Tx!! My son and I had double espresso, my daughter in law had an iced coffee withfresh coconut milk, and my cousin had some flavored sparkling water. Read more
