My kids get chocolate milk every time we order, and they are never in the bag. I don?t know what to do at this point. We ask if... they?re in the bag, are told everything is in it, and then check the bag to find they?re not there. Today, in addition tomissing the chocolate milks, the fries were missing from 2 meals. Great service and food. I went inside because I needed to visit the washroom. They were very clean. The cashier was chipper... ????, the food was great and my waffle fries were fresh and hot. Chicken nuggets were nicely seasoned. I usually taste a fewfries before getting home, I ended up eating my entire meal in my car, which I don't normally do. Will visit them again!! Read more
The employees were extremely helpful, polite, personable and patient. I was amazed at the smiles, greeting and friendly... atmosphere. We would definitely go back again and recommend this restaurant to all. The food was excellent, they brought it tothe table and came back to see if you needed anything else. Read more

My husband and I dined in on 9/24/2022 at approximately 1:15pm. The ordering experience was fine. However, there was a male... worker walking the dining area asking people of they needed refills, sauce, napkins, or to clear anything off. He asked everyoneat tables around us, except us. Who would have thought that Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup could be so delicious? I've always loved their chicken sandwiches and... waffle fries, but I'll be ordering soup from now on as well. I just came in a few minutes ago with my boyfriend and we ordered a milkshake to go for on the road, at 10pm and there was about... 7 people by the window talking and joking instead of completing their order on screen. For gods sake it was just a milkshake. Itwas on screen for about 8 minutes, and someone barely realized. I went into the bathroom expecting it to be completed but no. Ihad to sit down and watch them goof around. They did not apologize for the wait, and the lead almost gave our milkshake to adifferent group. Orders are supposed to be done before 3 minutes. Horrible service . Chick fila is supposed to be known fortheir quick service and hospitality. Never will i visit this location again. Read more
EAT IN or CHECK YOUR ORDER thoroughly. Saturday 5:30pm (PEAK TIME). Pre ordered on the app for pick up in the drive thru line.... Got home to ZERO dressings when I asked for 2 for each salad. When I called to complain the young man who answered said ?I can?treally do anything for you for missing dressing.? Either get it right or empower your employees to make it right on the spot.
