Let me be clear that I NEVER leave negative reviews unless I think something is seriously wrong - but every time I order... delivery from this location it is at least 30 mins late. And I know it's not my drivers because it shows them sitting there, atthe restaurant, that entire time. The food is good and look, I'd drive there myself if I had the time - but I work a job where Ido not have enough time to pop out and pick up my own lunch. That's all the barbacoa that was in my burrito bowl on a carry out order my husband picked up tonight. I was giving this... location the benefit of the doubt after they screwed up last time because stuff happens, but they clearly do not care aboutproviding good food to customers. Let me say that all my family looooves Chipotle and been their loyal customers for the past 17 years or so. We just recently... moved to Lake Zurich area and this particular location is totally NOT what we got used to get from Chipotle in terms of qualityof service and food. I wish I had more time to describe every visit we had in the past two months and how something was alwayswrong but I?ll just save my time and stop here the same way we just stopped going to this Chipotle. I miss the flavors ofChipotle but thankfully there are a lot of alternatives in the area. Read more
I am disgusted by this location. The customer service is terrible. For starters, the food is always picked over and stale. When... I came in last time, I asked the person making my food to swap out something because it didn't look fresh. She rolled her eyesand proceeded to talk about me to another worker, who was standing right in front of me. I called her out on this behavior andasked to speak to the manger. The manager proceeded to yell at me and blame me for the interaction. I tried to keep my composurebut she then started to ignore me. If I remember correctly, I think her name was Lindy. I was a waitress myself for many yearsand understand how demanding the food industry can be. But you NEVER disrespect customers the way she did! I was as polite as Icould be in the beginning and it continued to spiral. I called corporate the next day and they took care of things. I hope thisinteraction was captured on video as all workers involved were awful. I will never come here again. Order through door dash. Received incorrect order. Drove to Chipotle to tell them the order was wrong. They made all sorts of... excuses, but remade my order... Which was wrong AGAIN! A lady there also was waiting for her call in order to be re-made becauseit was wrong. Come On!! Oh and I never even got an apology, just excuse. Chipotle be better and do better!!! Just ordered through grub hub paid for 2x chicken. My burrito bowl had 5 pieces of chicken. They didn't seem to care.
My favorite Chipotle around my job. They're quick and the food is always fresh with plenty of seasoning. At least my chicken... bowl w/brown rice, both beans, grilled onions, extra green sauce, and extra lettuce is always perfect. Check this location outy'all! Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a young woman behind the counter today that gave customer after customer so much... attitude that I saw people leave mid-order. When she gave me attitude about not knowing how to refund me for a drink and how Ishould?ve seen the tiny post-it on the machine that said they were out of Diet Coke before I ordered a drink, the manager cameout to help only because I refused to leave without a refund. I told the manager about the incredibly poor service & attitude Ireceived. She apologized & said she would talk to the employee, but she didn?t pull her and the girl continued to treat multipleother customers with disrespect. The fajitas were so undercooked that all I could taste was onion. I will absolutely not beback. It?s unfortunate because I?ve supported this location ever since it first opened because the owner attended a church Iused to attend.
