I hadn't ordered JJ in a while so figured I'd grab a sandwich for lunch via curbside pickup. I ordered about 20 minutes ahead of... time for pickup "as soon as possible." I check in (15 mins later) and wait in my car. And wait. At least 4 people go in, order,get their food, and walk out. I finally go in after waiting for almost 15 minutes (after checking in). I thought maybe it wasbusy but I see that there's only ONE other customer inside. I tell the cashier that I've been waiting for quite a while for mycurbside order. The cashier has no concern whatsoever. My food (one sandwich, chips, drink) was sitting there with "curbside" inlarge bold letters. The cashier fills and hands me my drink. Not a word, let alone an apology. The food itself was decent andwhat I expected. Waiting and needing to go inside defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead of time and curbside pickup.Mistakes happen and I can accept that but lack of attention or even acknowledging the mistake means I'll likely not return tothis location. I'll stick to the plenty of other restaurants nearby. Read more

Terrible location. Multiple times it has taken an hour plus to get delivery. I understand its busy, but EVERY time it takes... forever. And today i waited 75 minutes just to find out they are not doing delivery today and will void my order. Didn't evencall to tell me. Lake Zurich is afar better location. Read more
I order delivery from the Deer Park Jimmy John's every week. They know my name, they are always courteous and thorough. They... give me free cookies as a loyal customer. Today, I forgot to have them add onions to my sandwich. I called back, but thedriver had left, so I told them "don't worry about it it, it was my mistake." Normally I don't complain or rate low but maybe this will get corperates attention. Every time I order delivery they mess up the... order in some way. Its almost like a sport at this point. Order extra ingredients and they're never put on, ask for none ofsomething and you get it. Order an unwich, expect to get the wrap plus triple the normal amount of lettuce (this is the onlylocation that I have EVER had put lettuce on an unwich, even the training school in Urbana doesn't do this). Its like theysimply don't care because the deliveries don't have time to complain and can't return the sandwich. I have only ever had todeconstruct sandwiches and rebuild them at THIS location. Ordered a meal at 12:07 via the JJ app. Expecting it to arrive quickly as the motto typically ensures, it is now 50 minutes... later and still no food. The app status was ?order received? at 40 minutes. I tried calling but was received with ?Jimmy John?splease hold? as I listened to the worker make subs for the next 5 minutes. So I tried calling a few more times and got the sameresponse. No one willing to help. Finally the app updated to ?Out for Delivery? and according to the time stamp it had alreadybeen out for 20 minutes... hmm. As I am writing this, we are approaching 1 hour after order time and still no delivery. ?FreakyFast?? More like ?Freaky Last?. That brutal attempt at a play on words still wasn?t as bad as this service was. Absolute dogwater. Read more
Just go to the location further north on Rand. I waited an HOUR for a sandwich that was wrong. Not to mention that I could... literally see the location from where I ordered- just 5 mins down the road. That?s not freaky fast- just freaky bad. Read more
