I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and a Buffalo sandwich the way I wanted it. When I called in to tell them I got it delivered wrong,... he said "no it was made the way you wanted". He was really rude. Worst experience with a pizza restaurant I have ever had. Ordered by phone at 6:30pm, three medium pizzas, wings and parmesean... bites. This was a pickup order and we were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant in Kilgore Texas at 7pm. At 7:20 an employee went out back to smoke a cigarette. I asked the employee why it was taking so long, his reply was, "wehave over 100 orders, we're doing the best we can", he continued to smoke his cigarette and I asked if it was possible to getthe car that was holding up the line to pull to the side and his reply was, "We have over 100 orders, we're doing the best wecan" and quickly went back inside. once inside, amazingly, the line began moving quickly. I got to the window and my order wasgiven to me. once home, the thin crust pizza was cut in squares ??? and it was burnt beyond eating. After using three differentphones due to restaurant not answering my call I was able to speak, kind of, to a gentleman that never offered his name. spokeover me constantly which told me he did not care he finally offered to remake the pizza but refused to deliver it. This wasDominos Store # 6796. Horrible experience. called pizza hut, got a 12 inch beef, thin crust, light sauce, ready in 20 minutes,wasnt burned and the employees were very friendly and professional. My pizza was full of flavor and toppings. The Parmesan bread bites were super garlicky and had lots of Parmesan as well. Order... came sooner than expected and the driver was courteous and friendly. Wonderful all over experience here. Read more
