Might not be down home southern cooking. But love me some McDonald's at times. There food has always been fresh. Fries are... excellent ????.Drinks cold. Good service. Orders most always correct. When they do mess a order up they get it all wrong--McDonald's needs to work on this--When they get a order wrong they have acted like it was my fault or just serve some attitude.Remember employees attitudes can make or break a place and remember McDonald's--employees need to be valued also. When youtotally get a order wrong Smile and give the order away. You will profit in long run and have a happy customer and returningcustomer. Ordered two large decafs with Splenda and cream amounts specified. No Splenda added to our drinks but they gave several packets... to go. Thank goodness, or we would have had no sweetener at all in our drinks. It was very good and hot and fresh and thecustomer service was nice and friendly. I'll definitely go back here but I'll always make sure the drinks are sweet before Ileave the window! Read more
Went to the drive thru. There was a short line, but it moved fast. I was greeted promptly from the speaker. Pay window was ready... and waiting to accept my payment. Food window already had my food waiting. Drink was wiped off, and bag contained napkins. Totaltime 2 minutes. Read more
