So I ordered the beyond meat orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. I was really excited for the pant based option since... I?m on a diet. I?ve had beyond meat in the past (Chipotle,Burger King)and never been impressed? once again I was let down. Thebeyond meat ?chikn? was so over cooked I couldn?t bite through it. Hard as a rock. It is what it is. Food here is fair at best and the restaurant was not clean to say the least. One of the workers had her child... with her at work and posted up in a booth wrapped in a blanket while she worked. I probably would not recommend this PandaExpress to anyone. Read more
Accepting orders prior to opening but then no food due to gas jet problem. Did not call me to let me know not to come over, and... I don't understand why since employees were standing around doing nothing when I came for my order. If you have problems, takethe time to call customers and promptly refund money. Read more
I will say I love panda express, There is a reason why this one was not as busy as all the restaurants around. Service is... lacking, standing behind the counter for at least 5 minutes before even being asked to be helped. Food was good and hot.Customer service is lacking, and could use some extra training. (there was at least 8 employees there, so as for being shorthanded, no). Plus there was only 1 other customer in the place, which happen to be the employee. Read more
We went in to order our food tonight at 8:30. Lobby closes at 9:30 drive thru at 10. They were out of almost everything and... everything we had planned in our app to order. They had already cleaned the grill at 8:30 so they couldn't make any more food.Options are posted in photos. I felt robbed... Almost 14$ for "veggies with meat" instead of meat with veggies meal, really wanted to go back and talk to... manager.Train employees on balance the servings ingredients, If it was their mothers paying the 14$ they would put more meatright ? Never again to me... Read more
I ordered the larger, 3 item plate to go, with the original orange chicken, walnut shrimp (paid an extra 1.2t for that) and the... new almond chicken. The almond chicken is the black, tarry substance that is not edible. I tried to call the restaurant totell (complain) about the food (when I got to my house) but they don't bother to answer the phone. I am guessing by the lack ofcars in their parkingot T 530 pm that should have been my first clue... So... if you go there, be sure to check the contents ofyour container. What a rip off Read more
The app said the order would be ready at 3:05. I didn?t get my food until 3:430. They said it wasn?t ready. Why was everything... cold when I got it though?? Bc it was ready and they made me wait bc they were making my egg rolls. That came out burned to acrisp. I won?t be including this location n my thoughts when I?m hungry. Read more
