I?ve heard great things about this place. We stopped in today on our way home to Tyler from Shreveport to watch college... football. The food was mediocre but the worst part were the waitresses. Their attitudes were very standoffish and stuck up; thebartender especially. Definitely wasn?t expecting that. I felt uncomfortable asking for a refill of my drink. Absolutely nosmiles from anyone. I waited 1 hour for chips and dip. Do not come here if you are starving. They are very understaffed. The food is very good, but... it doesn?t make up for the fact that the girls take care of their regulars before they will anyone else. The guys beside came inafter me and had their beers, food, etc with 30 mins. My appetizer and food came out at the same time. So what?s the point ineven ordering a appetizer. First time to eat here. Had heard good things about the restaurant. Got there about 5:30 on a Saturday evening. Became crowded... about 30 minutes later. I had the old fashioned burger on wheat with pepper jack cheese. Burger comes with all the usualingredients. Homemade fries accompanied the burger. Was out of 4 io the items on the menu we tried to order, chicken salad came on bed of lettuce and nothing else. Had to ask for... crackers. No taste. Very disappointed in food. Pretty good variety of food and healthy portions. The self-serve beans and hush puppy appetizer is good. Lots of TVs around the... room and plenty of seating. The staff is competent and we didn't have to wait too long for food and our orders were correct. Read more
