I was visiting this past week and came into this convenient store throughout my visit. The staff is SUPER friendly! They have... nice conversations with you and are very kind and helpful. Went in the evening of the 4th, Nick was the ONLY cashier. He had a line to the back of the store and he was still so kind, and... got everyone through line very quickly! Thanks Nick! You deserve a raise! Read more
Walked into the store around 130am was greeted by music blaring from a portable speaker that I guess the employee uses.... Doughnuts were in trays on the ground with no employee putting them away and flys flying around them. My brother was with me andpicked up a prepackaged 7 eleven cookie and was very rudely told to "put that back!" With no initial reasoning until he askedand was told by the employee "because I havnt put those in the system yet". So why are they on the store floor already? Youremployee was very rude lacked customer service and does not deserve having his job if he can't take it seriously with aprofessional demeanor. Super friendly staff. Actually smile a lot! It's a typical 7/11, with fresh coffee, doughnuts, and pretty much whatever you may... need. I was pleasantly surprised a couple of days ago to see their gas prices were 2 cents lower than WalMart! Good gas, too. Ishop there often for quick needs. Easy in and out. Nothing negative to say.
