Went to the Wal-Mart on Lowe's Blvd specifically to get Auntie Anne's before they close. Online (on Google and Auntie Anne's... website) it says they close at 9p. The guy working said they closed at 8p. Pretty POed about the complete waste of time and gassince there is a Wal-Mart closer to me I would've gone to if their hours were right. Read more
I have come here multiple times with my family. The server whos initials are L.S is always miserable. She is quite curt and... rude when asked a Question. She didn't hear me and spat out "What!?" as if i offended her. She even had the nerve to tapimpatiently as i gave her the money due. There was no one behind me. Im not sure where the customer service training went butit definitely is not being projected at this location. Read more
Worst Auntie Anne?s around. Terrible customer service & the manager has NO idea what she?s doing. As we waited for our food 3... orders had been taken back by 3 different customers because there food was incorrect. Read more
The worker hatefully stated we are not open yet when she finally saw me at the counter. The store's hours are 10:00 am to 9:00... pm on Saturdays. It was 10:11. Unfortunately things have steadily gone downhill over the past year or so at this location. I ama regular customer and used to experience a wonderful experience getting our Saturday pretzel treat. This is no longer the caseand as of today this store has lost a customer. I feel bad for the manager because she seems unable to hire good help anymore.Hopefully that will change. Read more
EDIT 6/7/21: Today my wife and I, probably had the worse service ever! The young man behind the counter, had a cigarette hanging... out of his mouth, while he?s rolling pretzels and having us order. Then while ordering, he isn?t even listening to us because wehad to repeat it??????? Read more
Girls talking about people gossiping on their phones texting. A customer asked how something tasted and the girl snidely says... idk never had it. As an employee you should know what your product taste like. Also be stocked up on pretzel bites .I was tolda large order would take 6 mins its now been 10. And now over hearing they dont know how to do a void and credit card returnbeing a lady brought 2 doughy pretzels back.. Idc 16 or not in order to get a pay check you need to be good at your job. Well we asked for 2 pretzels and apparently the chick taking the order was not only just talking to my bf and not asking me... about my order but she clearly had the good Ole googly eyes for him, fair enough she can stare all she wants he didn't noticeher at all, but you'd think if she was gonna openly stare at my bf like a cat in heat the least she could do was get the orderright. Nope only gave my bf his order completly left out mine. Now normaly it be like " did she hear the whole order?" Andseeing as when she repeated the whole order to us including me double checking I'd say yeah, she heard the whole order and justleft my stuff out. Next time if you stare at another women's man at least give us the full correct order. Read more
