Solid burger place for a "classic" burger. Thin patty with a nice char. I couldn't see myself doing anything less than a double... unless I'm having a bad day. And to touch on a previous I review, I could certainly tell that pepper is used to flavor thepatty. But it wasn't overwhelming. Fries are pretty solid as well. I always try to get the regular cheeseburger the first time I visit anywhere. If you don't take have enough pride in your food... to make a plain cheeseburger well, I don't want to try your specialty. Billy Bob's did not disappoint. This was my first timeat Billy Bob's and I will be back. It reminded me of what Freddy's or Smashburger promise (but never deliver) only better. Thepatty has that crispy exterior while still being moist and delicious. Burger had just the right amount of toppings andcondiments. One note on the sides. Don't get the large unless you haven't eaten in a week or have a small squad to help. Theremust have been 2 pounds of perfectly cooked tater tots in the bag. The menu is quite large though which always makes me wonderif the quality is consistent throughout. However, if the regular old cheeseburger is any indication, the specialties must beamazing. Overall, it's a great little burger joint and I will definitely be back to try out the specialties. Read more
Ms. Tiffany is amazing had great customer service! Got our order correct on paper although back staff is running around and... messed up my tots then complained they had to get rid of two wrong orders of tots when Tiffany had it right. Got the chickensandwich it?s so juicy and their Arnold Palmer are so sweet? we?ll be back soon thanks just to see Ms. Tiffany. Read more

Omg the burgers here are great! I had the mushroom swiss, normally I take all the other stuff off the burger but it was balanced... just right. My wife got the jalapeno burger, the ingredients in both our burgers was just the right amount. They did notoverkill any flavor. If you like fried pickles try their picked fries just the right amount. Really, the food was so good I feltlike the cook was a real chef. Who ever created these recipes did awesome. We will be back. It was great. Great southern hospitality very welcoming and supper friendly. Food came out with in good time. Food tasted great,... the union rings, fries, chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks were super country I had a great taste. Burger patties werejuicing and tastes fresh loved it. I would recommend if you were to get a burger, you should eat there or close by if not thejuice will make your bottom bun soggy. My only issue was the wooden tables feel sappy or sticky but I that is usually from usingStrong cleaning products. But other then that it?s all good. Read more
AWESOME is the word for this place. First visit to Billy Bob's and this place did not disappoint. Had burgers at other so called... best in Killeen but this was the best by a long shot. I am from Oklahoma and we know burgers. This place, the service andatmosphere is the bomb. They're changing hands and with Cassidy's soon but still check the place out. Read more
