Haven't been in years but it's my birthday month and I've got a gift card so what's there to lose? We waited at the front for a... minute. They're short staffed, no worries. I get it. Our server almost seems confused about what the birthday wings are and whathappy hour is. Okay, rough start. That's okay. Drink from bar gets there. There's a bug in it. Damn. Food comes out, we'remissing a second order of tots and the wings have bones which is actually a happy mistake since the server told me to orderboneless since that's what the picture in the app shows. Mozzarella sticks could definitely have been cooked longer butwhatever. Food all in all was pretty good. Our server seems nice but maybe new? She's gone, a lot. Finally get our check and atleast the checkout was easy. I ordered online, and mistakenly ordered boneless wings instead of traditional. I only realized it after picking it up. I told... them it was my fault, and asked how long it would take to get an order of the traditional. Not only did they prepare themquickly, they didn't charge me for them-- even though I made the error and was willing to pay for it. Oh, and they were quitedelicious! Great customer service. Haven?t been here in a while. Good vibes. The boneless chicken could have been cooked better. Maybe... fresh two out of the 6 was all bread. ???????I feel like someone played a joke on my poor bf. The French fries were like 3 days old. Stale. They were literally hard... and dried out like a mummy. Maybe they were actually mummy fingers, dried out little crunchy mummy fingers... Plus, they forgotthe sauce for the tenders ??????????? Baby only even ordered tenders to try out the Nashville Hot sauce. Two stars instead ofone because my bf said the wings were fine. Glad I had him pick me up food from somewhere else ???? Used to live bww but this place continues to go down hill every year. Appetizers always come out cold. Good takes forever.... Clientele is a little scratch just look at social media posts for this location. Management is rude or nowhere to be found. Read more
Went with 15 traditional honey bbq, mozzarella sticks and sweet Lipton iced tea. I consider these safe picks (hard to mess up).... Sure enough it came out as expected, no complaints. The mozzarella sticks stood out, maybe because I hadn't had them in a while,good n crispy. The service was meh, took a little while but nothing crazy. Horrible service. I ordered a hamburger through UberEats from this location and the burger was completely wrong. It had... everything on it that I said I didn?t want on there. My husband is allergic to mayo and sure enough, the burger came with mayoon it. The manager said it wasn?t their fault and that UberEats would have to be the one to refund us. Read more
Nachos and chips & guacamole appetizers were bland. The kind you'd find in a nursing home. Even the jalapeños had little to no... spice. Chicken original sandwich and Buffalo ranch sandwich were dry and bland. Fries tasted stale. Wings were crunchy anddisappointing. Service... she went to every table but ours. I had my hand up for 5 minutes and finally got up and went to thefront to get my son a glass of water. The front staff were very helpful. But our waitress was horrible with service.
