I ordered vía the app. I am new to Killeen so I mapped the restaurant from the app. Navigation was horrible and it guided me to... the wrong location. I ordered my items 20 min prior to arriving and they did make my meal fresh. The jalapeño cheddar biteswere still cold in the center, the onion rings were half fries half onion rings which I did not order that way, and the GhostPepper burger was really good is why they did get 2 stars. The employee handed me my bag with large splatters of grease and whenI questioned him he made no effort to put items in a dry bag. Read more
Worse BK in killeen they never get your order right, never fails to disappoint. Even if it says the right thing in the receipt... alway check your bag thoroughly, take everything out one by one and count or you"ll be angry when you get home. Even if you dofind you don't have everything and you tell them it takes forever to bring the items out and they still forget things. I've been5 times and every time it's the same. I wish I could give them a 0 stars. I always go during the night shift so idk if this isonly a night shift issue. Read more
This is my 3 rd time at this location. The wait at the drive thru is ridiculous until someone actually takes your order ten min... goes by. Then my fries were unseasoned and my burger thrown together. Staff very rude. Read more
Literally always messes up my orders never once have I gotten good food or service. the manager is rude and disrespectful.with... the worst attitude Because how dare I want what I paid for. They built this nice brand new store and hired the worst employeesever to run it. They could have kept this Burger King location because it?s awful. Read more
Horrible! I been waiting and he taking people order not in order. I waited behind 2 cars and he takes the person that just... pulled up in the other lane. It is annoying. You pull up and they don't say anything and then when you keep saying hello theyget an attitude. Be prepared to have a wait too. The same service each time. If there was a half star or no star, I probably would've put that. Extremely slow service, and if you are a delivery service,... they will push your order to the last. Horrible customer service, members see people waiting and don't say anything, waiting 5minutes for someone to acknowledge I was even there. I have to give a star rating but honestly this establishment deserves no stars. Ordered a #1 with cheese and larger Dr. Pepper.... The drink was flat and tasted so bad, the burger just fell apart because the bread was so stale. perfect waste of $10. Pleasetake your business else where when getting BK. Read more
It's Burger King with flame broiled burgers they still make a tasty whopper.The shakes are worth a try as well.
