Today's visit to this location has to be the best I have EVER had at any Chili's and I know that may be saying a lot. I went... alone for lunch. I was seated immediately. Kristy (not sure the spelling) was the nicest waitress to this day. She took the timeto explain their new ordering system to me which I think is just the bees knees. My drink arrived before she finished taking myorder ? (perk of the new system). My food was hot and fresh with almost no wait at all for any of it. There was a slight delayon my salad which resulted in the manager providing me with a discount. I never requested or expected that. However, Idefinitely appreciate it! This was my first visit and the service here was impeccable! The Baby Back Ribs were fall- off-the-bone delicious! Our server... Amber was very personable and accommodating. She made us feel welcome and treated us with above and beyond service. Amber waswonderful! So was our food runner Quincy, who presented our food with a gracious smile, and professionally. We had a party of about 16. We asked ahead of time if the waitress could handle it alone and she said yes. Needless to say she... could not. Service was extremely slow and the manager was rude. Also the food was not good. The pasta wa dry, the fajitas werevery small for 20.00. I was very disappointed as were my coworkers. Definitely not going back . Read more
My pasta Alfredo was dry and not only that it took a while to get out food. The corn was dry and the customer service was... terrible. The knife had dried food on it. Just maybe y'all need to take the time and train your staff and be more mindfulbecause people are paying there money for a quality meal. Not only that you can hear the waitress telling another waitress (whyyou didn't tell me I was ashy) Tighten up on the customer service and the food quality. Read more

My family and I ordered delivery for my birthday and the portions weren?t as expected the food looks like it was just tossed... around and placed in the plate. The delivery took longer than what it said it would have taken. I also called to see what wasgoing on with my order and the line was hung up on me after saying no one answered the phone. This was the 1st time my fiance and I came in to eat dinner at this Chillis restaurant. The place is a mess from the floor been... wet to the sitting area been dirty. Very disappointing to see it dirty. But we decided to give it a chance. Well the food wasgood but at room temperature it was not hot at all. Not sure why if the waitress said it was freshly made. The waitress we hadwas good. She checked on us a few times but we were ready to go. We only took a few bites and took it to go. The cheesecake wasdelicious and actually cold. We order some Nachos and the Bacon burger to go. It looked like it had came out the microwave. Ido not think we will be coming back to visit this Chillis. Maybe lunch is a better time to visit in not sure but, We came in fordinner around 8pm and We spent over $60 only to be dissapointed. I gave it 2 ???? for the waitress and the cheesecake. Read more
DISGUSTING! How dare you send people food that use delivery service, poor quality food that u would never serve in your... restaurant! After working a 13 hour shift this is what I come home to.
