I went to Church's Chicken at 2100 Stan Schluter Loop after work last night to get something for my son and I for dinner. It was... after 9 pm., and I had never been to a Church's Chicken before. My boss suggested it, since I had a bad experience with KFC, andtold her I was never going back there again. It took me a long time at the drive through, since I had not seen the menu before,but the lady at the window was very patient and polite. I was impressed with the service, as she was so nice and made sure wehad plenty of napkins and plastic ware, and even apologized that I had to wait on an item. The food was hot, the chicken wascrunchy, and not fatty. I was really happy to find that I was actually not let down for a change. Great service and food. I willdefinitely be going back! Complete trash! Staff was swearing and playing music. Management stated she hated her job and didn't care about any of the... orders that were messed up. Only 2 cars in the drive thru and waited 20 min for a sandwich....which they got wrong...how???Owner of this franchise need to do a pop up because the employees (except for the nice young one) are messing with your profits. My chicken was pink and half of my meal was missing. When I went inside to speak to them about my meal I was meet with nothing... but attitude. They are rude and do not have good communication skills. When I nicely explained to them that my side weren?t inthe bag I was met with nothing but a nasty tone and was tossed my food and still never got what I asked for. Read more
Lastnight staff was totally unacceptable they lied about how long it would take for dark meat just to sell the white meat that... had apparently been sitting since lunch because you couldn't eat it..as it was lukewarm and hard i was in line for about 30minutes it was said dark meat would take 16 minutes. Night shift you need to do better. Read more
I was happy to see churches close to the house. When we placed out order the only side they had was okra then they could not... serve drinks because of the water boil notice which I understood but they still charged for a drink which I thought was reallywrong, the guy was like I can give you an extra biscuit in place of the drink I said no ill take an extra side. I bought a 3 piece spicy chicken when I got home to eat it. I opened up the box and it smelled like garbage ..like rotten trash... can chicken. I'm calling human services on your disgusting store because you have lazy ,disgusting human beings serving chicken.Your store sold me rotten chicken. You deserve to be shut down. Read more
