Good place for some last minute pizza or some no cooking day pizza. Great options and you can order your own pizza as well. Love... the music. Just wish all the children would behave but the restaurant cannot control terrible texan mothers. Read more
Not even a 1 start I honestly don?t understand where this place gets 3.4 because that is doing them a favor. I got here at 7pm... ordered wings and when we went to go get pizza all the pizza was gone not only that but it took a-lot of time for them to putnew ones out, That fresh but tasted it DISGUSTING? I have been to San Antonio Cicis before and they were amazing this is such adisappointment and disgusting place. Not only the tables are filthy seems like nobody cared for a clean environment here!! Theonly tasteful thing here was the brownies that were made fresh. The salad looked so bad and the sauces blend and nasty. Thesoups literally was just water bc had nothing left in it. The pasta for the mac&chs Literally felt like was sitting there onwater for the longest bc the taste was horrible. Literally the word saids it all DISGUSTING!! We really wanted to get up and askfor a refund but we had already taken a bite of our food and didn?t feel right but we should of because now we feel sick!! Don?twaste your money here? Love CiCis. Have been coming to this location on Ft Hood Road for 15 years. They have really cut back on types of pizza on... buffet, salad bar is barely a salad bar anymore....and for the love of God...please bring back silverware and get rid of theplastic ware. Read more
Tony, the Manager, was outstanding! My boys and I were having a date day and I had found 3 kid eat free cards from their school... in my purse and they honored it still. He answered all my questions before I came to the restaurant. Thank you Tony for makingmy boys and I dinner date awesome and our first time at your establishment great! This was the worst salad bar and pizza we have ever experienced. Then on top of that while our grandchildren were in the arcade... they were piling chairs on tables, mopping floors and ignoring the fact that they still had customers in their restaurant. Theywere also out of sweet tea and Dr. Pepper. And then my granddaughter got nothing on every game. The games just took her money.It was terrible. Read more
