Had just driven over two hours from San Antonio and had a craving for delicious ice cream. The wife and I both. But as we... entered the very clean store, an elderly lady and three of her (we assume) grandkids beat us to the counter. We just knew we hada long wait as they ordered what seemed a TON of items. But nope. Literally, maybe 4 mins after we ordered our deliciousstrawberry malt and banana split treats, we were met outside the counter with a beautiful smile and warm wishes in the remainderof our day as we eagerly accepted our goodies and went on our way. And guess what? The nice lady and those kids had their tablefull of treats before we did, and looked to be well enjoying them as well! Thank you DQ. If I could give a zero star rating I would!! The worst experience I have ever had at dq!! To start I want to say how rude the... manager mica was. We waited for over 20 minutes for just 3 small blizzards. As we waited she continued to make other customersfood who came after us. After I asked her how much longer she got an attitude and said I?m getting to it. Then when we got itthey were melted and she didn?t even give me my 3rd one I requested a refund she didn?t apologize or anything she was rude andhad an attitude!!!!! And to top it off the restaurant was nasty she didn?t clean the mixer not once between all the stuff shemade no one had gloves on is was horrible all around!!! Read more

Handed me melted ice cream with a tiny spoon also never flipped blizzards upside down either like they?re supposed to. In... response to owner: I wasn?t able to bring it back as I had a crying baby in the backseat and a tired toddler. I don?t think I?llbe returning any time soon unless this is corrected. I ordered the steak finger dinner and asked for unsweetened tea, did not have unsweetened tea, asked for Diet Dr Pepper and did... not have that. Drive thru sign showed they had it.
