Absolutely terrible! We just ordered. It was a phone order?3 pizzas. We received 2 pizzas and wings. We didn?t think anything of... it until after we got home. Here?s what went wrong. 1. My partner made the call. Lol. 2. The female employee that took the callmissed the mark by informing that one of the pizzas we ordered was a Specialty and wouldn?t qualify for the coupon we wanted touse. 3. When we called we spoke to a male?sounded like he was going to make things right and give us the missing pizza?themanager jumped on the line and challenged us. Because THEIR employee didn?t say anything. 4. We ordered all PAN pizzas?wereceived a pan and a HAND TOSSED pizza. 5. Where does Dominos get their chickens from? These are the runt of the litter, a?little chicken?, if you will. 6. The manager had a smarta** tone, which is a no no to PAYING customers. 7. And lastly, themanager said they (not sure if it was man or woman by the cigarette smokers voice) would re-ring the order due to the differencein cost and it would basically be a double charge. Then tried to throw in the ?it might take 5-7 days to get back to yourcard?? In 5-7 days, that pizza order will be long forgotten about. I?ve never dealt with this kind of lackluster service and weWONT frequent this location ever again! And I?ll be calling corporate. Y?all gon make this right! The delivery driver (jason or josh) really was trying his best tonight to get his order delivered but couldnt. Myself another... young man stayed with him until help arrived. Ordered from this place. Will not recommend it. They always disappoint. If your a soldier and living in the area. Please do... yourself a favor and drive on post to get food. No sauce on chicken and chicken not even completely done. Wish I can give it 0stars. Read more
Helped a buddy set up his house after he moved and he paid me in pizza and beer. He ordered 1 supreme pizza, 1 peperoni pizza, 1... chicken alfredo plate and a order of hot wings. Driver pulls up and it costs 55$ I have no idea how many fees had to get tackedon to justify that price but that is just crazy to me. To be fair they did bring the food quickly and it was made right. Thequality was good for what you would expect from a Domino's. I would be careful selecting deals and such if you order by phone atthis location. I kind of think they just rang it up weird and without any deals. I would like to hope that the staff didn't findsome clever way to rob us on that one but man that price was crazy.
