Absolutely terrible. Pizza sauce/cheese is soup-like and has a gritty texture. No way this pizza should have left the kitchen,... and the "quality check" was neglected, skipped, or rushed. Won't order from this location again. Read more

Ordered pizza, wings and drinks. Got a call that they are out of Sprite and I need to make a different choice. It took an hour... and a half to get my order. Had just got off the phone with a manager named Hunter 2 minutes prior and he PROMISED my food wouldbe hot but gave me excuses about no delivery drivers and they are backed up. He needs to be delivering imo. The pizza wasn't hotbut barely room temp, PLUS they didn't bring the wings I ordered. The delivery girl apologized and told me to call the store. Itold her I just hung up from Hunter before she arrived. Called the store again. Hunter refused to come to the phone. Spoke withVincent? I told him it took an hour and a half to get my food. They called to tell me there is no Sprite, which I ordered, mypizza was cold after Hunter PROMISED it wouldn't be, I did not get my wings and the delivery girl told me to call the store. I'mdiabetic. I haven't eaten all day (my fault) but I was dizzy, upset, hungry, almost fell when the delivery girl was handing methe cold pizza sigh. Vincent apologized for everything. Gave me several options to make it right. I chose one. Thanked Vincent.Commented that he; Vincent; should be General Manager. At least he didn't lie to me. Thanks Vincent!!! Oh!!! The box and mypizza looks like someone sat on top of it or set something heavy on it and the crust is doughy and not cooked through...Huntermade the pizza according to the app smh. Ordered my favorite pizza, the Honolulu with extra cheese via the mobile app and selected pay at the store. Once I arrived, I... handed them a $50 bill and they advised they were unable to take large bills. The total was $20 and they was not able to acceptthe 50. So I was gonna go and get change but realized that my pizza would be cold by the time I returned so I didn't return.Maybe they should put that disclaimer about the large bills on the app when customers select pay in store.
