This place... I love Jack in the Box but this location has to be the worst. On several occasions this place is missing items... and will fail to inform you of the change and pray you drive off and not check your food.. If you go here make sure to ask themwhat they don't have on the menu. They will just slap it together and charge you. Read more
Very unprofessional, leave you sitting at the speaker for over 10 minutes then can't help me through the window for ubereats.... Tell me pull to the side door so I still have to wait behind five cars. Manager always wearing shorts and slippers and shortsshow everything. Don't see how this place operates. I don't fast food often and never expect much... the food is what it is. The service however was horrible. There were only a... couple of cars in the drive-thru so I expected it to be a fairly quick trip. I was very wrong, although I was only 2 cars fromthe order box it ended up taking over 30 minutes to get through the process and the way it was laid out I couldn't leave theline. Read more
I don?t even know where to being walking in the lady at the first yelled ? Nooo? but the restaurant was empty and no one said... anything to us and they all standing there and the lady doing the food had gloves on and texting. This was a complete disappointment especially being that Jack in the box is usually one of my favorite go to places but this one... first of all the burgers were sloppy second of all the tacos literally had no meat in them like splashes of meat a couple ofstrings of lettuce and sliced cheese folded in half really y'all got to do better Read more
Rubber curly fries and an eaten bun on a chicken sandwich was what I received. COMPLETELY unacceptable and I don't think the... health department would be very happy with this establishment during times like we are still trying to come back from. I've stopped at this location a few times and was sorely disappointed both times. I lived in Houston for years and came to... associate Rat in the Box with incorrect orders and missing items, sadly this location is no different. I would recommend goingto Wendy's, In and Out, Whataburger or even the dreaded McDonald's over this Jack location. Either this Store needs to Shut down/replace staff or Go fully Automated. This isn't a fast food restaurant nor is it in anyway... quality. The reviews speak for itself and it's annoying how nothing is being done but a weak template pasted on Google by theowner...It shouldn't take 10 minutes to order at Night and another 10-15 minutes to receive food at Night.
