Was visiting the island and got hungry. Drive and went in to lobby and immediately began having trouble breathing. The amount of... mold and water leaks from the cieling were ridiculous. I have asthma n had to get out of there. As a former manager thisestablishment should not be operating in these conditions. Slowest service out there. I had a flat, my wife picked up my kids and went here for food. My father in law took me to my job to... get tools, and i changed my tire, went back to work to drop off my tools and i went home. My wife beat me home by 30 seconds!She said no one wanted to work, order was incomplete, and not very good. Would not recommend Read more
I really like this place but I feel like they have a little bit of a logistics issue. Every other time I go there a bunch of... stuff is out of stock. And when I say 'a bunch' I mean there has been times I have just asked them what they do have becausethey were out of too many things for me to keep track of. That said, the food is outstanding for a Jack in the box and theservice has always been excellent. Read more
Bad experience. The guy who was in the kitchen got mad at me because I order 20 tacos. It took about 40 minutes to get my order... and when I got it the tacos was frozen. I ask the guy what is going on with my order and he start to tell me that it was 20tacos and they were busy. He told do you want me to get another arm to make happy? I think it was very rude of him to say thatbecause I gave them enough time to make my order right. He told me if you don't like it leave the tacos there on thecounter..... I talk to the manager and I explained what happened and she decide to make my tacos. Wasn't good tacos but we takethem because they didn't want to refund my money... very bad restaurant to go to eat there or order. Let me say this JIB this location is the true MVP of the week. We haven?t had power in twenty hours I waited 40 minutes for some... hot fresh food and the graveyard shift delivered! I am truly thankful to have hot fresh food in our tummies. The employees hadsmiles on there faces and I could tell they were working together to get the orders done. Waited over an hr for my food after being told they only had 3 people working could we please drive around the parking lot tell... it calmed down. Then when received food the worker refused to give a receipt saying that they were out of receipt paper. Foodwas un was raw. Eggs still raw, hash brown ice cold tasting like it just set in grease, even my ice coffee was a wreck. Newmanager at the store refusing to replace food bc the night worker didn't give a receipt.
