I would give 0 stars if I could. Franchise locations near Killeen were shut down a few years back due to mis-management and it's... been a while so I figured I'd give them another shot. Was told to wait in the parking lot as there was an issue with my orderwhen I came to the drive-thru. After waiting for over 20 minutes to receive word on the status of the order, noone ever cameout. I had to call the location multiple times (with a non-working voicemail) just to be told that my food was given to someoneelse who claimed to be picking up for Doordash. Lost my 11 bucks and ended up late for work. Don't worry, you'll never see me oranyone I know again. Read more

Worst Jack in the Box experience I?ve ever had. My Chicken Sandwich had visible Mold on the bread and I almost ate it. Customer service and price-five stars. It was prompt, friendly, no issues. Price was right. Nice and cheap. Although, curly... fries are extra. Drive thru/food wait time-five stars. Literally took about three to four minutes to get curly fries and baconmelt. Food-one star. bacon isn't real bacon! It's the microwaveable bacon. See pics. It broke my heart. I was looking forwardto crunchy bacon. Instead I got flimsy, thin, fake bacon. I also had to remove the tomatos because they were too soft, overripe. Didn't taste good. This just made the burger/melt taste soggy. Definitely not what I was going for, at all. At least thecurly fries were good. Read more
I was very impressed with the staff at this location! They were amazing! Our food was hot and fresh and the order was correct.
