I really appreciate good customer service and they did not disappoint....especially the guy with the cute hazel eyes....I didn't... get his name but you can't miss him....I ordered ox&goat combo, it was full of flavor and the goat literally was falling off thebone...yum. This is now my go to restaurant in killeen for Jamaican food, hands down the best I've had in awhile. Tried the oxtail with... yellow rice and goat with beans and rice. Both were so lip-smacking good I almost couldn't put my fork down. I'm battling theitis right now. 10 STARS!!! 5 for the restaurant and 5 for the Grubhub delivery. The food presentation and generous portion for the price is why... this is my new spot for Jamaican food. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the spice on the jerk sauce was amazing. The cabbagehad perfect flavor, color, and crunch (not soggy and wilted or brown). The peas and rice were on point too. My friend and I went there for lunch. The food was flavorful and great. I ordered the curried goat and she ordered the oxtail.... The meat was tender but not mushy. The cabbage and plantains were very good. We will definitely go again. I highly recommendgiving it a try. Read more

When my son comes to town, he always wants to eat here. We discovered this place a few months back, and love it every single... time! His favorite dish he always orders is the barbi fried chicken ( crispy Fried chicken covered in Jamaican barbecue sauce)with white rice (cooked Jamaican style with coconut oil) and plantains (pan fried). This time I ordered the oxtail (cooked in asavory mild stew sauce)with rice and peas ( rice with Jamaican seasoning and beans cooked with coconut oil) and fried plantains.I have to say that this meal is a ?roll your eyes to the back of your head? experience. Every single time I?ve had a meal here,the rice and peas (beans) and plantains never disappoint. Just an fyi, the rice and peas/ white rice is savory in case you werewondering. This was my first time to order the oxtail. It was tasty and the meat was falling off the bone. If you?ve cookedoxtail before, you know the process of what it takes to get oxtail so soft it comes off the bone. I can absolutely appreciateevery morsel. So far I have had three different dishes here, and every dish is delicious. In addition to the high quality offood, the portions and price are very reasonable for the amount of food they serve.
