I came in. The restaurant was clean. I was greeted by Jordan before I even got to the register. She was helpful with finding a... meal for a kid. She was patient even as the line begin to build up. I am a honest person so I won?t go left when I am right. It took more than twenty minutes to get two Potatoes. I saw not one not... two but three orders come in order and sit down to eat with no hesitation. I was quite displeased with my Mexican pollo thepotato was a tidbit dry barely any butter or sour cream. The BBQ was spot on but again the potato was dry. The customer servicewas phenomenal but the dining room lacked seating options it was more than a few dirty tables. Poor knowledge. I older grill cheese sandwich and additional ham. The cashier said it comes with soup. I asked what kind soup? ... Tomato, broccoli , French onion? so I ordered the French onion. Finally I have got 2 soups. I didn?t need 2 soups. The Frenchonion was lukewarm at best. I asked the gentleman that worked at the counter to warm it up please. He carried it by hand. Itmeans still not warm. The cheese was still hard. And my sandwich was cold. I enjoyed the food at a different Jason?s Delibefore. My husband ordered a California Club sandwich ($9.49). I couldn?t believe it when they brought his sandwich to thetable. It was a half a sandwich on a half a roll. My husband took it to the counter with our receipt. The gentleman behind thecounter admitted it was wrong and agreed to remake it. I laughed to myself when the remade sandwich was delivered to our table,this time on the equivalent of a hole roll. His sandwich did not remotely resemble the California Club I had at Jason?s Deli inGeorgetown. We will not return to Jason?s Deli in Killeen. Read more

Food was delicious and large portions. However, the baked potato was almost $10 which seems a bit expensive. Also, I'm not sure... if they were understaffed or just busier than usual. But, almost every table was full of dirty plates. There were no trash cansfor us to throw away our trash so everything had to be left on the table. Might do better with trash cans and bins for dirtyplates. Next time I will review the menu better for prices and probably order pickup. Read more
Wife and I tried this place for the first time and enjoyed it for the most part. She got the salad bar and had great choices... kind of hard to tell what the dressings were but very good verity and fresh, I got the ranchero wrap and I was very satisfied,tasted good and great atmosphere. Long story short, our order was suppose to be ready at 11:30. Didn?t leave there until after 12. The lady was extremely rude and... argumentative. We were missing an order and the orders we did get were either wrong or missing stuff. One sandwich would beoverflowing while the other didn?t have any meat on it. The strawberries in my fruit cup were old and nasty. All together not agood experience I got a pick of the strawberries just because I was sending it to show a friend. Read more
