Just left there a while ago to partake in the free lunch combo for veterans. Soon as I get home there were 2 regular slices of... pizza in the box. Could've been because it was close to the time they was to stop serving, which was at 2. I was there longenough to get the regular lunch combo. I have been going to this Little Caesars for years because it is on my way home from doing my shopping. We have generally been... happy with the pizzas we got. They have been inconsistent with preparing the pies but nothing so bad that we complained. Thistime was an exception. I ordered half cheese and half mushroom with extra sauce. I got what you can see in the pix. Thecheese did not cover the pie and it had so little sauce that it was bland. The mushrooms were stacked in one place rather thanspread around. Worse pizza we have ever had anywhere. The second pie, an Old Fanceroni Pepperoni, we got was OK. I calledthat night to inform the manager but no one answered the phone even after several tries. My husband got the manager the nextday who informed him to return the pie for a replacement. It would take 2 gallons of gas to make a special trip and I only goto town shopping every week or two. I would have no place to keep the pizza until then. Bad food-bad customer service!! Thisis the last time that we will ever spend our money at any Little Caesars pizza. Read more
I Ordered on app to pickup in side at the pizza portal. I showed up at the time window specified. After time window ended I sat... in lobby for another 20 min "after the pickup window ended still waiting . This was a about 40 min compete wait time for(1)pizza that didn't even seem cooked right. There were about 6 people sitting around in the lobby with the same look on theirface. The staff seemed very irritable and unhappy to be working there . I don't know what happened,If it's just a new crew ofemployees or what but this location used to be amazing and now not so much ???? Read more

They forgot to cut my pizza but it was still exquisitely delightful. As I bit into it, I could smell the crisp air of Italy. As... if I was standing on top of the Italian mountains. That's how authentic it is. 10/10 the most authentic Italian restaurant Ihave ever had the pleasure of going to. Read more
