The worst pizza ever! Had an extra old world pepperoni pizza delivered, it arrived extremely fast, ( delivery was great) pizza... not so much... the crust was burnt, the pepperoni was burnt, called the store ( the one on Rancier) spoke with manager and hegave me the number for customer support, called them left 2 detailed messages and my # over a week later and still nothing soI'm out my 25$ and had to go get dinner elsewhere due to pizza being inedible.... will never order from this little Ceasarsagain Read more

Ordered at 6:30, was told it would be 45 min to 1 hr. I said ok, picked my order up at 7:30 got back to work started fishing out... the pizza and it was very raw in the middle. Tried calling back the store, but because they close at 8 I guess nobody wouldanswer the phone. Called back today and spoke to the manager and explained the situation to him and he told me to bring in thebox, told him it went in the dumpster, he said to dig it out of the dumpster or no box nothing he could do about it. I was having issues with placing an order on the app and it said that I would need to contact the store to finish it. When I... called, an employee answered with no greeting other than saying it would be an hour wait. Before I could even give my order orfinish my sentence, they hung up the phone. I litetally ordered 1 pizza through the app. It took 1 hour for me to finally get it. I wadnt sent an email saying to pick up... which was what i was waiting for. Anyways when i get to the store the young black lady with glasses has a snarky attitudebecause i told her i waited an hour for my pizza. So she tells me its in the portal. Cool, i put my portal digits in and itdoesnt work. She says in a snarky way to put the right digits in like its my fault somehow. Anyways, she goes behind the portaland says, "oh...blah blah blah". Very disappointed, I ordered the 5 meat pizza and 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread. The pizza crust was hard, as if it had been... left in the oven too long and the stuffed crazy bread was under cooked, soggy, and greasy. Read more

*** WARNING*** Rancier location in Killeen, TX gave me a couple pizzas that had a thin sheet of cheese on top that happened to... look dark red. The patches of cheese that were thick enough to see looked overheated/ old/ semi-burnt! I asked the cashier foranother one and her response was, "That's just how it is", as she scoffed and shrugged her shoulders at me. Curious? I wonderwhy two of the four pizzas weren't dark red with a translucent crispy glass sheet of cheese???? I told her and the otherco-worker that the kid that needs to eat one of those dark wannabe appealing pizzas is picky, (actually autistic- which I didnot feel I needed to say), will not eat it if it looks like that. She went to the back to talk to someone then came back with"another" pizza that looked exactly the same as the one I said was a problem to begin with. I didn't take it of course.
