If I could give a negative review I would. The pizza dough was flat like thin crust but they stated that's just how it is now.... When they remade it the picture is what they tried to give me. Either the dough was bad so it didn't rise or prices went up &quality went down! Read more
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza, 2 cheese bread through the drive through, got told to wait a couple of minutes. 25 MINUTES later they... give us our pizza. Got home only to find out I didn?t get pepperoni pizza I got 2 cheese pizza. Called them and they said Icould bring my pizza up there to change them out. One how are you wanting someone to bring the pizza back? You don?t know whatthey could have going on. and two, How do you not have any way for you to give back to your customers when you mess up on theirorder? You should give them complimentary things such as drinks or dessert or something to make up for the mistake YOU caused. We ordered ahead and then waited in line for a REALLY long time to get special ordered pizza that was dry and burnt. We have... been little Caesars fans for many years but recently moved to Killeen. This is our 3rd time trying this location and it hasbeen awful EVERY TIME! After feeding this pizza to my 5 little kids (under 10) and choking it down myself "to be a goodexample", I saw a post on our neighborhood page showing nearly identical pictures and with cockroaches baked into the pizza fromthe same night. Gasp... I fed that to my innocent children! The neighbor talked about how they brought the pizza back in and themanager said it happens all the time and they can't do anything about it because the facility is so old. AFTER BEING CONFRONTEDABOUT ROACHES... IN THE FOOD...THEY CONTINUED SELLING IT!!! Wow... this location should simply be SHUT DOWN. Where is thehealth inspector? Where are the news stations? I am very selective with my local Little Caesars Pizza joints. This one is by far the best Little Caesars you'll find in the... Killeen area. I have no complaints of the staff. Pizza is always looking delicious and they have CRUSHED RED PEPPER! hugeplus. Also, the drive thru is clutch. Can't beat that. Read more
Cam in for my pie 20 after ordering it. The girl at the front said it wasn?t up, I waited another 15 min before asking her to... double check, sure enough it was in the bottom of the case all along. She wasn I her to look and was annoyed when I pointed outthat she really didn?t try to find it. Never again, I can eat sub par pizza if people are just courteous but rude cold pizza..nothanks.
