When our pizza arrived, a large roach ran out of the box. But because my 15 yr old didn't know to call restaurant. Which we... weren't alerted, by Uber to call. We were not given a refund. Ordered the steak and cheese sub.. sent my son to pick it up. They did not put the sun in the bag. Finally got the sun and it... was a Mushroom sub NO steak. I don't know what it is, but it's like everytime I come there to pick up an order, they don't have it. It's like they don't care... for the online delivery or delivery drivers. The staff seems so casual about it not know they are messing with people's money.With delivery partners like doordash and uber eats which I do, it's very frustrating when this happens.
