When our pizza arrived, a large roach ran out of the box. But because my 15 yr old didn't know to call restaurant. Which we... weren't alerted, by Uber to call. We were not given a refund. Ordered the steak and cheese sub.. sent my son to pick it up. They did not put the sun in the bag. Finally got the sun and it... was a Mushroom sub NO steak. Don?t order this sub or stop by this location. I ask them to not put mushrooms on the sub but addgreen peppers! Don?t waste your time or money! Read more
I don't know what it is, but it's like everytime I come there to pick up an order, they don't have it. It's like they don't care... for the online delivery or delivery drivers. The staff seems so casual about it not know they are messing with people's money.With delivery partners like doordash and uber eats which I do, it's very frustrating when this happens. I don't know if theirsystem isn't working or something but it's very annoying. Read more

Ordered the meat lovers pizza bowl. It was so good. A lot of meat and it was tasty. I would see if I could substitute the... bacon for mushrooms the next time. It had pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon and ham. It was a little salty to ME but notoverly. I just don't do a lot of salty stuff which is why I said I would try to substitute mine the next time. But even if Icouldn't I would still get it again. $7.99 and you could feed 2 people. Read more
So disappointing it was my first time ordering pizza from this place to be delivered to Altitude in Killeen and after biting... into the pizza there was a hair baked inside the pizza and we were all so grossed out. I called up to the place and asked for afull refund and they said they would only discount what we gave back which is so inappropriate. When the carrier came back forthe pizza, I asked them for a full refund and they told me I wasnt even allowed to order the pizza without Altitudes involvementand instead of being proactive with refunding my order because of the unsanitary hair baked food, they made it a point to let meknow their contract was in danger of being violated. ????????????
