This place stills holds it down ! Even though the Pandemic? they still have kept there Food ? quality ? up to standard! Which I... truly appreciate. Definitely need to try the Ultimate Nachos !! The picture speaks for itself ! This is ridiculous ! Who even thought in their right mind letting someone pay for this was okay... ? First this is the second time this week ive ordered because i have a toothache so i have to eat soft foods?? The first order ihad a choose two soup & spud??the potato skins on my spud was burnt , and my cheese on my potato was alil burnt, and my soup wasmore like paste. I let it slide because i ordered at 9:11pm so i know how it is during closing. My second order (DoorDash) whichis the picture i posted is a justaspud with cheddar jack & bacon & again the potato skins burnt. I paid $1.75 for cheese & $2for bacon?.. where is money worths ? The presentation of the spud is just unacceptable, especially when you?re at work and haveto get your food DoorDash so i can?t even check my food before it leaves the restaurant. Please do better ! I came in with my boys for lunch and ordered the choose 2 with a McAllister?s club wrap and a garden salad. The wrap was really... hard, so I nicely asked them if I could get a half of a club instead. After waiting 15+ minutes. This is what I got.. and itlooks horrible. Visited this place my first night back in Texas after being stationed elsewhere. Ordered online and was told food would be ready... at 810. It's now 830 and still no food. Other customers have been waiting even longer for to-go orders. Hot garbage, I'll drivemy butt somewhere else next time or order 2hrs ahead of the time I would like to eat. I was excited to try the curbside pickup feature, but was ultimately disappointed. It's now ten minutes past the time suggested... curbside pickup time and I've had to make a phone call to the restaurant to find out where my food is. This is an issue becausethe food will already been sitting there for ten minutes and by the time I eat it, it's already cold. As a final note, thesandwich is less than half full of ingredients as you can see from the picture. Read more
Customer service doesn't exist here. Ordered food for curbside still waiting 1 HOUR after it was due. After calling the... restaurant and asking when my order would be ready. I was told they're backed up and it would be out soon. There is literallynobody in the restaurant. 2 GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH AND A SUB TAKE A HOUR TO MAKE? ID DRIVE OFF BUT ALREADY PAID THROUGH THEAPP. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Asked to speak to a manager, but the new girl that brought outthe food. I ordered the McAllister Club, no ham. Asking for no ham doesn?t mean you give me a sliver of turkey? literally one thin slice... of deli meat, the sandwich was pretty much a cheese sandwich. Went around 1pm during the week and got the Choose 2 for $8.99 (after a drink and tax it was $14). I typically can?t eat very... much, so this was perfect!! Good customer service & great food. We?ll be back soon! Read more
