On the way to church this past Sunday, we ordered two coffees as well as two sausage biscuits through the mobile app. When we... arrived, I went inside and showed my four-digit code to the young man behind the counter. He did something on the computer thensaid it froze and walked off. I did not see him again for the rest of the time. Then a young lady came over and started pressingon the same screen only to come to the same conclusion that something was wrong with it. She then switched to another screen,found my order, then proceeded to tell me that I still needed to pay for the order. I said I'm sorry, but no, I paid through theapp when I placed the order. After several moments of her fumbling around with the screen, she said, oh I need to press thisbutton for it to process. Finally, now I'm standing here waiting on one large coffee, one medium coffee, and two sausagebiscuits as I watch several people come and go. A guy steps to the counter and says, What your number? I said, I don't know. Ijust got a four-digit code, but I don't that it is being served anywhere. When I told what I had, he puts it on the counter andsays here it is. Once back on the road, we discover the coffee is tastes terrible, the medium coffee was only half full, and thebiscuits are so dry that they are inedible. This was not a good experience at all. I usually show up with a mobile order and use the drive thru. Usually very quick service. Very few complaints about the food,... but I often get home to find they left out the sauce either with mcnuggets or ordered as a separate item, all completely leftout. With the sauce being 25 cents each, I'm probably owed more than $5 in sauces. Read more
The only good service at this place I have had, was drive-thru...mostly. I have confused them ordering a shake once, as in it... was missing, and they had three people verify I had a shake before they would make it. Had to repeat orders multiple timesbefore they got it right. Also, if you want your order to take a half hour, and be cold, order curb side. Tried curb side twice,and both times, you could have went through drive-thru half a dozen time before they bring your order out. Only reason I givetwo stars, is when they get things right, they get you in and out quick with correct and hot food. Wish it was like that moreoften. Read more
This is one of the worst McDonald's in Killeen. It definitely beats the one on Rancier,the one on W.S. Young,and the one on Stan... S. combined. In the last 15 years I've only eaten here maybe 6-8 times and each time is worst than the last. Today I ate thereand paid $12 for a burger and fries with no drink and the employees were all rude. With the exception of who I think was the gmwho was polite. I told them no onions on my burger which I don't eat at any McDonald's I have eaten at in the last 8 yearsbecause the last time I did I got food poisoning but they put onions on my burger anyway and I don't think I got them all andhave been having stomach issues all evening. In general i do like McDonald's, but this one in particular cause much more than just disdain within me for the brand. Each time... that I have gotten food from them its never correct and when you attempt to get your order correct the staff act like it is yourfault that THEY got your order wrong. Gripping complaining huffing and sighing like you, THE CUSTOMER(THE ONE PAYING THEIRBILLS), did something wrong. Once you get the supposed CORRECTED order back, it is still wrong and worse than before. The onlyreason they get two stars is for the fact that I once worked for the brand and know the good that is their, but as they say "onebad apple". Read more
Service & quality is definitely going down since we first moved to Killeen in 2018. They used to be real generous with the... fries. This basket of fries was more like a medium. The service has gotten slower. Also been told they have pests infestationthat they do nothing to fix. Do better y?all. Read more
Not sure of why they get some of the lower scores. Everytime I visit they are as quick as can be especially during high peak... hours such as lunch and dinner time. If you don't won't to wait in the drivethru you can go in for takeout or pickup. The lobbyand kitchen areas are always clean and tidy unlike someother fast foods restaurants I've visited. Was going through the drive through and the lady asked if we would be using the loyalty code we said yes and started reading the... code. Then a man came over to the speaker and said one moment someone will be right with you and we got to watch 3 cars in a roworder before they came back to us and refused to answer when we said hello .
