It?s very sad how the McDonald?s employees attitudes are so bad. I rather go across town, then deal with the attitudes at this... store. Can?t even get fresh food unless you beg. My husband wanted a Big Mac and a Mc Rib he enjoyed them both on different days. They reheat well

We ordered through the drive thru. We waited for a long time only to be given the wrong order. The lady that handed us the... food didn't clarify what we ordered. She just handed the bag and said here you go, thank you. My husband basically had to goinside and show them our reciept. Read more
I ordered through the app and did curbside to avoid the long lines. When the lady brought the order to the car she didn?t bring... the happy meal and walked away before I could tell her I was missing the happy meal. My sister goes inside to ask for the happymeal and she tells her ?I gave you a happy meal? and she simply tells her no you did not. You gave us the rest of our order butnot the happy meal. So they give her the happy meal and when I get home and open the nuggets box this is what is inside. Read more
Terrible experience: Started with the person taking my order who couldn't hear me well. I paid for my food only to find that,... between ordering & paying, the order taker removed an item that was up on the screen as I had requested. I had to get in lineagain... After I got my food, pulled over to eat I found that they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea as requested. Iwas also given a hashbrown that was so full of oil that it was rendered, inedible. Take a look at my attached pic of my fingersand the bag! You will see the oily mess... Wasted time & wasted money today.... I don't recommend this location at all. Itsunfortunately not the first time I paid for bad service & food their. The location on Clear Creek however, is on it!! Killeen area McDonald's are a consistently bag experience. Missing items, incorrect orders, slow service and zero recourse or... response to customer issues. Curbside? Check the order completely before the person walks away. Don't even think about delivery.You'll never get a refund for anything missing, so don't even bother to put in the customer service feedback online. There's aSonic and a BK nearby that are probably a better choice. Read more
