Placed an order and said it would be delivered 32-42 minutes. Showed up exactly an hour and half later. I literally called store... about 2 minutes before it showed. Their response was lacking any kind of concern. I know my food has probably sitting there forprobably an hour before it left store and probably cold. And it was. ???? Found hair in my food ? LOL WHILE WATCHING A UFC fight, definitely killed my mood. Called and asked to speak to the manager. The... lady who answered the phone proceeded by asking how she could help. I explained how i had just recieved my delivery and told heri found a looong hair in my food. Without apology or concern she only offered that id choose from a new pizza or credit. Isuggested the staff wear hairnets so noone elses dinner is ruined. Read more
Was advised that there would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes, 2 text notifications arrived saying they were sorry... for the delay. When arriving almost 30 minutes after that, the pizza had to be put in the oven to warm up. Kind ofembarrassing as we had company. I'm hoping it is a one off situation they couldn't help and will try them again in thefuture. Update: It seems they knew there was an issue before this was posted as an apology came in the mail. Wish I would have read reviews I would not have ordered. worst excuse for a pizza. crust was like uncooked rubber too thin and... was supposed to be original. I will never order from there again or any papa johns. Read more
Worst place to order pizza!!! The staff including manager on this shift 3:25 pm 07/21/2022 was so rude. They made a wrong order... and said that we made the mistake and we have to make sure to no did the same next time. The manager refuse to give the name ofthe employees and turn her back at us. Don't bother ordering extra cheese. You won't get it. I ordered a NY crust cheese only with extra cheese, and it had less... cheese than a Pizza Hut regular plain cheese. Just bread and sauce, mostly. One star for decent bread, one star for decentsauce. Would not order again. Read more
Papa John's has the best pizza as far as local delivery pizza goes. The garlic sauce is wonderful. Cheesy bread is the best. Now... that we are still social distancing, love how while your pizza is in the delivery driver's car, at least it has a seal on itwhile it's in the bag. The drivers do not wear gloves though. I requested my driver wear his mask when approaching my door andhe did. They offer contactlesz delivery also. Read more
I get a text saying my pizza was delivered at 6:01 pm. I called the store and he was running late. We get our pizza at 6:19 pm.... The pizza was warm. Thanks Papa John's for lying to me. Read more
