Pizza has been cold , sauces have been cold , the wings barley have any sauce on them and they taste like water . Honestly papa... johns usually is GREAT however the last two times I tried they have it been that good . Last time I just went I picked it up ,the time before last I got delivery , when the lady came to deliver my pizza she was talking on the phone and in a great sweatsuit , and my food wasn?t even in a bag they use to keep the food hot . She handed me my food while she was on the phone andwalked away . No hello no are you Alexis no nothing . I opened the door she was talking on the phone and just left . I wouldunderstand if it was door dash but she was a actual delivery girl from papa Johns just unprofessional . Hit or miss depending on who's making your pizza; sometimes it's hot, sometimes its not. Either way, they're quick and you know... what you're gonna get before you get it. Definitely use their reward system if you order there often, free pizza for every $75you use. Read more
Update: It took them over TWO hours to deliver cold food to my front step. Will not order from this place again. Severely... disappointed. Original post: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered for delivery over a hour and a half ago and was toldit'd be here in 50-60 minutes. No status update on the tracker after the 30 minute mark and the phone systems provided noupdates. As far as a Papa Johns goes they are as good as you can expect. Their product is consistent and in the 5 or so times I have... ordered from here they have never made a mistake. For a general pizza joint there are certainly better pies to be had out therebut they make a decent product. They also seem to make it pretty quickly and I did like that the location has a pick upwindow. There is a few reason I would give this 4 stars and not 5. I do feel like the price point is a tad bit high for theproduct compared to what's available locally. I also dislike how this company has been pushing more fees into orders. Now whenyou ask for red pepper they sell you a small container instead of giving you free packets and they charge for delivery but alsodon't pay their drivers much so you are forced to tip on top of paying for the deliver? That is not cool in my book. Eithercharge me or expect me to tip but doing both is greedy. Granted these issues are likely the fault of the corporation beinggreedy and not the individual location but its still worth mentioning. Read more
