Placed an order at 7:37pm I received a message stating a door dasher by the name Rafael D was delivering my order by 8:17pm, I... did not receive it called to inform the store at 8:26pm spoke with Chris and informed him my order was never delivered he askedmy information stating he thinks he delivered my order, I stated my order says it was delivered at 8:17pm but I did not receiveit he then states it shows delivered. I informed him I?ve been waiting two hours for my order & I didn?t want to wait any longerI wanted a refund Chris stated he couldn?t issue a refund until he spoke with the general manager silka. Got wrong pizza took over a dozen of calls just to get someone screaming on the phone then hanging up then getting through again... then hanging up. End up going to the place and one said I couldn't go in while one is eating in the main lobby, 2 standing bythe phone, cooker just sitting on the ground while laughing with another coworker. Pizza Hut Killeen TEXAS (Rancier Ave) I am very disappointed in my pizza delivery order. Yes, the food was hot but the delivery... driver forgot our 2 Liter soda (again). We also requested a NO CONTACT ORDER and of course the driver failed to provide thissimple service for his health and for our family health. I order from Pizza Hut because I like their crust and their sauce andlike their pasta. I may consider going back to Papa John's because their prices are cheaper and their service is excellent. Again, so little sauce on the pizza that it was so dry that we had to take a drink with every bite just to be able to swallow... it. If you try to save too much on ingredients you just end up driving off your customers. Read more
At this point, get rid of your delivery tracker time for this location. Placed an order that said 25-35 minutes. It?s been over... an hour with no food. What irritated me further to actually give a one star was that when I called to ask what?s going on andafter I got my answer I couldn?t even get my full thank you out before the gal hung up on me. I get it you?re tired and want togo home since it?s close to closing time but, it?s not proper customer service etiquette period. Whoever?s in charge needs tosit down with their night staff and refresh them on customer service skills. We ordered boneless chicken wings as a reward in honey barbecue and didn?t get them. We got a pizza that was half pepperoni and... half cheese that we didn?t order. Now if the restaurant called me and told me that would have been fine. But we never heard fromthem , and the guy delivering our food wasn?t really friendly and we didn?t know that he worked for Pizza Hut. Read more
This pizza was disgusting & I got food poisoning!!! I?ve been throwing up pizza since I woke up. The sauce or cheese was old. By... the time I got home from picking up my pizza (I only live 10 minutes away), it was dry and I couldn?t even bite into it. I hadto cut it with a knife. From the looks of the dry pizza, it had probably been sitting there for awhile before I picked it up.There was hardly any sauce OR cheese on it.
