The manager on that shift was horrible. My pizza was terrible and burnt I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied and was... told we don't give money back waif for a check. The manager Shawn was the most terrible manager I've ever came across I willnever eat here again. He showed me other pizzas he cooked and was arguing over them with me with boxes opened then closed themput them back in the warmer and still sold them to whoever ordered them after us yelling over them just plain nasty!!!! Well they cooked it and got it ready, I'll give them that. But Jeeze, if they can't cook pizza without it being burnt and dry,... why even bother. Suggestion would be to hire people that are able to follow instructions and cook the pizza how it is supposedto be cooked. Read more
I have always loved Pizza Hut, but very disappointed with the recent service I received! The ordering process was quick and very... easy! The delivery process was a huge blunder! If I hadn't h a ve opened my door to indicate to the driver that I ordered apizza, he was going to literally drive away! The reason he said he was late was because there was grease in the ticket, and theaddress wasn't clear, although he didn't show the ticket to confirm. My order was cold and clammy. Very disappointed! Ordered pizza at 7:50. ETA was 8:14. 9:00 I call wondering where my pizza is. They delivered it to the wrong house. They made a... new one and sent it. Delivery driver left at 9:34 and took a second order first. I didn?t get my pizza until 10:00. Nearly threehours after I placed my order. I then asked for a discount or a refund and they refused. I ordered a chocolate chip cake today and the only time I didn't check my order before driving off, I have an issue. We got home... and realized the the chocolate chip cake was as hard as a rock that could shatter glass. I called the store, and Tyrek (?) Waskind enough to offer a remake or store credit. Despite having to drive back, the minor issue was fixed, and we enjoyed ournicely baked dessert???? Thank you! Read more
