Yet again had to drive forward and wait for food. Told would be a 3 minute wait and 20 minutes later Im still sitting there... waiting for a single meal to come out. Forgot the napkins and fork. It was after lunch time was over so line was little to none.I keep giving them another chance but this is a recurring issue with this location. Ordering and then waiting for 20 plusminutes. To the entire Night Crew on shift October 1, 2022, 8PM-8:30PM Excellent customer service from ordering, to payment and order... handed out of the Drive-Thru's window(he was my favorite). No attitudes, order was correct, and just looking through the windowat the entire staff everyone was engaged in preparing customer orders! Oh you need me to wait for spicy 10 min? I went through the drive thru after being in the field for a week. Ordered a simple sandwich with ketchup only, large size... combo. Got home, fries were a small, drink was a large, sandwich was a regular classic. Not the way I ordered it. Called in andmanager told me to come back. Told them I don?t have time to come back. It was my first time using this Popeyes instead of the one on Battalion Ave. Apparently moldy biscuits are the norm. This was... shared with me by a coworker. I asked him if he had a biscuit as well and he did. Needless to say he wasn't feeling very wellafterwards. He never bothered informing them because he said they ALWAYS get something wrong. Im unsure as to why FH thought itwas a smart idea to open ANOTHER Popeyes that performs at the same if not worse level of the original one. I wish they wouldbring Captain D's back. Read more
