This was my very first time ever at a Red Robin establishment. I had wonderful time with my wife and my friends. The meal was... great, not necessarily the best burger I've ever had but it was up in the top 5 with ease. I'm never one to order dessert but Ihad to try this donut tower looking thing. I'm glad we did, it was amazing with the caramel and fudge dips. Our server was thebest part, he was absolutely amazing. Always checking to see if we were good and had the greatest positive attitude and smile itwas a pleasure to have him there. I Will definitely be looking forward to going back here soon. Great overall experience. Greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress, Alexa, made contact quickly and took our drink and... appetizer orders. Restaurant was clean and we enjoyed watching the staff work together to help each other out. Food came outquickly, was hot and flavorful. Alexa checked on us several times, during our visit, to ensure we had everything we needed.Management checked by to make sure our expectations were met, and they were. Will definitely visit again. Great service during my curbside pick up! The employee was super kind when bringing out my food and request I double check... everything before I go so they can correct it if needed. 4 of us came for dinner tonight to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Staff was great and VERY accommodating to my requests. Food was... hot and fresh, atmosphere was nice, and our waitress was great! Alfanso was our server and he was GREAT!!! I went there with a family of eight and they were accommodating to serving us as... quickly as possible. The floors are sticky which I hope they can fix soon, but aside from that everything was really clean. Thefood came out really hot and fresh and whenever we needed a correction to something or an addition, Alfonso was great inproviding it and offering alternatives to help us save money. This is why I love red robins. They have great service even whenthe staff is low. Give Alfonso a raise!!! Read more
