I really enjoyed my bbq burger! The food was fresh, delicious, juicy, flavorful l, and the service was fast! I would like to... add that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I received an incorrect item and the issue was rectified quickly,with a smile. The fries were also flavorful and crispy and the frozen lemonade was so refreshing. We ordered off of their website. We have been to the one in Cove, loved it! I frequent the one right off post for lunch with... work buddies For this order, my wife and I ordered 2 burgers, basket of fries and an order of banana pudding. We did receive ourorder in a decent amount of time thanks to door dash. We did not receive the banana pudding, they sent strawberry cake. We donot like strawberry cake. It went straight in the trash. I called to let them know the wrong item was sent. The gentleman Ispoke to stated that if I received the cake, they were out of pudding. Didn't say a word to me or the delivery driver. I askedthe gentleman if he just put it in the bag and didn't say anything. He said yes. Bit into my burger, no bacon. Receipt said wepaid for bacon. I called back, asked to speak to a manager, he said there wasn't one there. I asked to speak to a supervisor.He said there wasn't one there. A Manager would be available tomorrow around 11. I then told him that my burger did not havebacon. He proceeded to argue and say if the screen said bacon, there was bacon on the burger. I told him we paid for it, but nobacon. He continued to argue. Ordered last week. Burger was good, but was charged $5 for extra fries I did not receive, and charged extra for 4 frozen... lemonades that just came regular with ice. We live further away, so we wouldnt have made it back in time. Fries were a bitsalty, and greasy but were good. The lemonade was my kind of sweet vs tart. I contacted, and was refunded for the drinks, butnot for the fries. I was to receive a gift card for a next visit, but did not receive. Contacted the following day, and lastleft with "Let me check right now" but I havent heard anything since. BUT the food was good, tho, just re-re-check your orderbefore leaving. Read more
I waited 10 minutes in line to order because the intercom system was broken. I ordered a grown man combo extra pickles and bacon... loaded fries. While waiting another car pulled in and the receptionist promptly went outside and took that driver's order. Iwaited for my food. Got back to the house. Opened the box of fries which was out into the bad sideways so sauce had drained out.First fork bite hair in the fries. Opened my burgers no pickles tomato wilted. Called and got a refund. Read more

Visited the hard stand location in Killeen for the first time. Ordered a Mac daddy combo, Boss Hog combo and a kids chicken... nugget meal. (Not all for myself) The hand cut fries were perfectly seasoned, hot, and absolutely delicious. Both burgers wereflavorful and filling and have been the best burgers I have tasted in a lonnnnng time! The lemonade, both regular andstrawberry, was refreshing and sweet. The banana pudding was a perfect addition to end the meal with. Although I could notfinish my meal it was definitely worth it for sure. I also want to acknowledge the most amazing customer service my family and Ireceived. I seriously haven't had an interaction with owners of a business that felt as genuine and nice as I did this evening.Thank you so much for the experience, we will be returning customers. Read more
