This is place is a definite MUST! The burger I had was awesome("Think It's a Game"). It was packed with flavor. Other... restaurants just seem to pack their food with salt; that's not the case, here. I also want to give a shout out to Moe for hergreat customer service. She was courteous actually knowledgeable about the menu, which we found extremely helpful. This place left me speechless?these are the best burgers I?ve ever ate in my life I go to a lot of burgher joints and there... always good but here it was amazing the buns were perfect and the meat was even better everything was cooked to perfection I100% recommend to try this place I?ve passed by to many times and now I?m on a mission to make up for all thoes times cause it?sworth it?the owners are the nicest people they have great customer service you can tell they care about your order. Simply Good Burgers is an understatement, name should be changed to Amazingly Great Burgers! There aren't many places that get... the double thumbs up and stamp of approval from my entire family but Simply Good Burgers has won a spot on our very short list.Was greeted with a smile, great conversation while our order was being completed (didn't have to wait long at all), good energyatmosphere with decor and a setup that's a whole vibe in itself. "Grown Man" burger was excellent. Homemade banana pudding and lemonade. Fast and friendly orders and very customer friendly.... The atmosphere is like my great aunt's "cafe" back in SC. I will return and highly recommend this establishment. Read more
This is the best burger in town! My husband and I were greeted with a smile and a very friendly, helpful staff! The gentleman... explained some of the different menu items and was patient as we decided. The wait time for our food was very reasonable. Thefood was hot and delicious! The burger was so juicy and the bun was fresh as well! All the toppings were fresh as well! Theinterior was very clean and welcoming! Great vibe! Tried the slap yo self BBQ Burger, fries and strawberry lemonade from simply good burgers today. Have to say i wasn't too... impressed. First of all for this to be a BBQ burger there wasn't much BBQ sauce on the burger. I barely tasted any sauce. Nowthe burger wasn't bad, just not what I expected, no where close to being in the slap yo self category. The fries didn't havemuch taste either and the strawberry lemonade was so so. Was going to try the banana pudding but it was left out of my deliveryorder. Not sure who to blame for this....the restaurant or the delivery driver that's why 2 stars instead of 1. Like I've saidbefore most of my reviews are based on the food itself ....not the dining in experience or the service of the employees. Thisreview is based on the location at WS Young, but they also have a location in Copperas Cove and a food trailer in the food truckpark on South Fort Hood Street. In closing your in dining experience maybe completely different from what I'm posting in thisreview so make up your own mind if you decide to pay them a visit. I'm going to try another item from their menu in the futureand hopefully will have a better experience to report. I have visited Simply Good Burgers 3 times in the past week and a half. Customer service is second to none. You feel welcomed... from the time you walk through the doors until the time you leave. The burgers ???? are amazing. I have tried the CheesyPolitician, the King Beef, and the Slap Yo' Self BBQ burgers so far, and none of them have disappointed. The price is great forthe amount of food you get. The patties are pressed by hand, and the fries are hand cut. They have been sold out of the bananapudding every time I've visited, so that speaks volumes. I would definitely recommend trying them Read more
