If i could give them 0 stars, i would. The unprofessionalism from this place is unreal. I got an order thru door dash and one of... my drinks were missing. I called sonic and the manager told me to call DoorDash because they weren?t going to do anything aboutthe missing drink and hung up. When I called them back and spoke to a manager he told me ?I said your phone was breaking up, notthat I?m slow.? The problem never got fixed so I Will never go to this sonic again. My family of 4 that's including my wife and two little elementary age kids wanted to walk to Sonic and eat outside. We placed... our order outside and nobody told us the patio was closed. They brought out our order to us on the patio and proceeded to rudelysay, "did they not tell you the patio is closed?". I said no. She said, "well it's closed." I said can we eat here this time?She said, "no, it's closed." So we walked from Sonic to the park to eat. Felt very disrespectful especially since the sameworker that said that it was closed was eating outside when we arrived out on the patio. Read more
This sonic location is the WORST! None of the drive up spots ever work. I always have to switch from one to another. They take... FOREVER to take your order and then another eternity to bring it. And don?t even think about using the drive thru. One time wesat and waited for 5 minutes to try and get someone to speak with us but they never did. We talked to the speaker box but nevergot a reply. Then as soon we drive away, they took the order of the person behind us. Also, the card readers hardly ever workand don?t even try to use the app, it also doesn?t work here. 0/5 stars if I could. Drive the extra mile to any of the othersonics. This one needs a serious revamping. Ordering two sodas? Be prepared to wait 20 minutes. All they do is waste your time. Read more
This location is awful. I have not ordered 5 times because they are no longer taking orders through the app, therefore, no appy... hour prices. I don't just go to another location, I just go somewhere else. Slushes and mozzarella sticks are the only thingsthat are decent and I can't order them. Most of the order stations don't work either. The food was excellent as always no matter which location I go to. The service was fast and friendly. Although the speaker or... microphone in the stall taking the order needs to be replaced or something because it was very hard for the person to hear us.It took longer for our order to be taken because of that than it did for us to receive our order. Came by after a playdate to sit on the patio and have lunch. The staff was rude to not only myself but to the other party with... me. We were also instructed that the patio was for ordering only and we could not eat at the tables. The other staff havinglunch were eating at the tables but I guess they are not for guest. No matter what restaurant/fast food establishment I go to, Iexpect friendly service. This is not a place that appreciates their customers. We'll continue to go to places like Chick-fil-Awhen we're done with our play dates in the future. Read more
