I can?t explain how thankful I am for Sam!!! I just flew in from DFW and wasn?t able to get my coffee that I ordered at the... terminal!! OMG I have been wanting the coffee so bad!! I had been up since 2:00am!!! San has the greatest personality! I knowthe challenge of such a fast paced environment and her and the crew there are absolutely killing it!!! Thank you, thank youSam!!! If I could give zero stars I would.. Two weeks ago I ordered through the app one hot drink one cold drink, when I arrived the... drinks were not made even though the app said it would be made by the time I arrived. When the drinks were finally "ready" theywere both cold drinks & I had to wait while they fixed it. A week ago I ordered again through the app, 2 goudas and drinks.After I ate the gouda I got food poisoning from it. Today I again ordered through the app one drink and one hot . I arrived 20minutes later and they were still NOT made. Five minutes after that they had two cold drinks made.. made by the same person whomessed up my order the first time. It took a total of 30 minutes after my order was placed to receive the correct items ordered.When I called the store to complain right after they blamed it due to them being "slammed" yet when I arrived there were only 3cars in drive thru with one of them barley ordering. After they left my order was still not made until shortly after even thoughI ordered ahead of time before them. They need to hire workers who are not lazy!! Read more

My favorite Starbucks when I'm visiting my sister! They have been without caramel sauce for a while but many Starbucks stores... are in that predicament. They are always very sweet and always have my mobile order ready no matter if I go through the drivethru or in the store. Read more
This Starbucks has always treated me so well and kind ! I have never been in a place in Killeen that cared to remember my name... and even got he extra mile to provide excellent service. Customer service is so dear to my heart being that I myself work inthis field, and to see it being provided and it is constant. It just gives me joy.
