I did an online order like normal and when I go to pick it up the lady came to the pick up window and asked me for my name I... told her and she said ok brought me my food and mind you the order was ok except for the drink and cookies. The clerk had a very bad attitude She was alone and had us wait for some unknown reason. We stated we had a coupon as she rolled... her eyes and stated we could not order certain subs even after I asked her why not she said look on the coupon. There was nosuch thing mentioned. We ordered what we could but it was not much and did not taste good. We ate back in the hotel room and asof this day I know that this was only one Subway but my mind and taste buds are not interested. I usually go to Jersey Mike's.Thanks Subway. Read more
My experience was not very good the last time I came. I was under the intention all stores were held by the same standards. I... have mainly gone to subway in cove and always get treated great there. But here on ws young killeen. The staff was not verywelcoming, and then when I turned around to get a drink they did not have the watermelon cucumber water. Then I asked for arefund and they didn't want to give me one, the lady said they usually don't give them, and that she would have to swipe the ccagain to pay after she canceled the order completely. Then I said fine I'll just get sweet tea, but they didn't even have thatand the drink containers looked molded as if they hadn't been washed in days. The food was as shld, but just makes me wonder howmuch additional cleanliness are they really doing..I also have a pic of the containers. Read more
The reason my review is so high is due to the great attitude of one of the workers (singing, dancing, joking around and clearly... enjoying his job). Made our sandwiches correctly to order. We have been here before, and he has always been great. The personwho cashed us out (you know who you are) made a mistake, did not apologize or own up to it. We got two sandwiches with fourcookies, I even talked at the counter about how neither of us were getting chips so we needed to sub cookies. Obviously, thisshould be charged as two meals...he did not ask if we wanted meals, assumed and overcharged (charged everything separately),then when I asked for drink cups, said "oh I never heard you say that" and when I asked how he was going to subtract thedifference, insisted I pay *even more.* Whatever is easier for you, guy who can't do math and doesn't care about the customerexperience. I used my coupons that I received in the mail. I was able to get 3 foot longs for $18. We especially enjoy their spicy Italian... & BMT. Both have plenty of meat. Read more
My husband and I went here for lunch I got a Subway Club he got a Italian b.m.t. always good and we got some cookies great... lunch thank Subway???? Update: So I went back here on 6/28/22 at 9:35pm about almost closing time and a young gentleman had putup the veggies ???? then it took him 2 times to make my sandwich right and then when I got home it still wasn't right we askedfor double meat???? so be mindful about going before it's about to close ????
