I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced this morning at this Taco Bell from a woman through the drive thru. I... want to be sure I am specific about who chose to treat me in such a disrespectful manner at the drive-thr. I was ordering myfood and her TONE was so rude as I was asking about the prices as she rung up the wrong items. She stated prices went up. Iadvised her I was ordering the combo & she still rudely responded I never said that. I asked her WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE? Iordered the combo from the jump. She then said have a good day & refused to complete my order. I then drove to the window & her& the crew ignored me. As I looked through the drive-thru window, she was arguing with a customer & escorted him out the diningarea & she then locked the door! Maybe she is having a bad morning, but she should not be addressing customers if she cannothandle it. I would like her to be fired! You do not treat people that way. Read more

I went to Taco Bell today 6-8-22. I got the biggest humiliation of my life and the same for the person who helped me at the... window. You see I placed my order and forgot something so when I got to the window to pay I told the person helping me can heplease add to my order? And he did only to hear yelling and hollering from inside the Taco Bell. The said manager was yelling atme and the worker for adding to my order. Her words were mean and very cruel. I told the employee I was sorry for everything,but the manager just kept on yelling. I say fire the manager and promote the employee. The young man was so helpful and kind. Iwill never return to Taco Bell again. You have lost a good customer in me and my family. I pray no one else has to go thru thisever again. They 2 young men that assisted me were very kind, even while standing outside in the sun due to the speaker being down he kept a... smile on his face. Deonte is the young man I spoke to at the window, he was very polite and made the transition very easy. Thankyou young man keep it up. Read more

These people need customer care training so badly. God help you if you require a receipt for food delivery that they don't just... give you in the drive-thru as they shod. When you go inside, no one has prop training to reprint a simple receipt, except shiftsupervisor, and he just re-rang the order, but not until making me wait 8min while food got cold, and he was searching throughdrive thru screens. Always, always stop what you are doing enough to look at and address a customer and make her feel wanted andwelcome. Take care of one customer completely, before giving up and moving to next customer, and that will ensure yourcustomer's return. Read more

Came by today was helped by a lovely employee named Quincy! He was so kind and very polite. He made such an impression on me... that I just had to leave a review just for his customer service skills. My order was accurate and tasted good. He also made sureI had plastic ware enough napkins and my sauce. He even said great choice when I answered that I wanted Mild sauce. What a greatexperience. Experienced on 4 Oct 19. We did say no tomatoes. They forgot to put the shredded cheese on it, also they were very very skimpy... with everything. I told them that it was missing the shedded cheese, the manager just said that it is undernath and acted likewe were wrong. I said again there wasn't no shedded cheese. He went to inspect the box, like to prove us wrong. They finallygave us the shedded cheese in a little tiny container. Don't understand why he just couldn't ask the person that made the NachoBox how he made it? We than saw how under position it was and manager made another one, reluctantly. But after all that, theytreated us like we did something wrong and was looking at us and talking about us behind the counter. When the new shift managercame in, the current manager was talking about us to her. Just very unprofessional. Read more
